From Seattle/Vancouver Island: Follow Highway 99. Take Airport or Bridgeport Rd (exit 39), right on Bridgeport Rd. and turn right into St. Edwards Drive.
From Vancouver: Follow Hwy 99 South over Oka Bridge. Take exit 39A Airport/Richmond Centre Exit and turn right on Garden City. Turn right onto Bridgeport Rd. and right onto St. Edwards Drive.
From Vancouver Airport (YVR): Take Grant McConachie Way to Sea Island Way. Turn left at No.3 Rd. and right into Bridgeport. Follow Bridgeport Rd. and right onto St. Edwards Dr.

We stayed 2 nights - the first night was great- nice staff and no problems. On our return the following week our flights were delayed. I called and told them we wouldn't be getting in until after midnight - probably close to 1:00. I said, please don't sell our rooms our from under us. I was assured the rooms would be there. Upon arrival at the hotel at 1:00 in the morning and being up almost 24 hours I was told they didn't have our reservation. There was one room available for five women - 4 in their 60's and our 83 year old mother. One of us had to sleep on the floor. It was totally unacceptable. They wanted to charge me $100.00more than the week before because of the extra people in the room. I told them I wouldn't pay that. I did pay for one room but spoke to 2 managers the next day. I felt the hotel should meet us partway and discount our room. The manager told me he would review everything and get back to me later that day. I heard from him 3 days later. He basically called me a liiar and said if I had called there would be documentation in their system. I offered to email him the screenshot of the time I called and how long I was on the phone. He said he needed to talk to his employee to get the "real" story and that the front end manager would be contacting me regarding a credit. It has been 24 hours and I haven't heard anything from her. I am giving them one more day then I will be contesting the charge with my credit card company. Also- the last shuttle is at 12:30 and was driving away as we were exiting the airport

The hotel itself was good. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. The complimentary breakfast though was very disappointing. We had just returned from holidays, and the complimentary breakfasts we had at our hotels in South America were far better. We would have liked to see more variety, including fruits, yogurts, and coffee and juices that were not watered down.

we were put in a room on the fifth floor, but as soon as we got out of the elevator we could smell cigarette smoke, the room itself stunk like cigarettes also. Seeing as we are non smokers, the room was unacceptable to us and I went down to the front desk. We were quickly changed to a room on the second floor which was perfect. There were very apologetic for our short expierence on the fifth floor. Would have been a better rating if we had not walked onto the fifth floor.

Shuttle leaves every half hour therefore it should be possible to estimate pick up too. This should be shown as it saves waiting in the cold not knowing whether pick up is 1 min. Away or 29

We have stayed here several times while travelling and usually have no complaints. I was disappointed this time for a few reasons. We arrived late pm after a 6 hr flight, the shuttle took a long time to get to the airport and at least 3 people called to inquire about the delay. The hotel staff had no response other than to say they contract this service out now.The fellow finally showed up with no explanation for his delay. For some unknown reason we received a wakeup call at 330 am . I managed to resettle to sleep although my husband did not. I was woken again by the housekeeper knocking on our door in the am rather than waiting for us to check out. Not a restful stay this time.
