This hotel is well situated and the parking service was excellent however the room was not to a good standard as I believe that the cleaning crew did a rush job by cleaning it as we found sugar on the desk, hair in the sink and crump of food on the carpet at the least the bed and the bathtub were clean which were the most important thing for us.

I had a bad experience with Travelodge hotel. I was waiting for a shuttle about 1 hour after I called to the hotel. When I called first time, I was told that the shuttle will be in 10-15 minutes. After this time nobody answered the phone in the hotel within next 30-35 minutes. I would never suggest this hotel to anybody

The hotel was okay... but when we ask to get the shuttle to be at the airport for 3:45 am, the clerk told us to be down at the lobby for 3:30. We where there are 3:25 and *missed* The 3:30 shuttle... was kind of ironic

A VERY poor thing is that we were on the second floor (room 248 if I remember correctly) and we had to lug heavy suitcases DOWN A STAIRCASE to get to the room and then UP THE STAIRCASE to check out! The wing we were in is half a floor below the second floor. This was a genuine problem for us. We are older, our suitcases are heavy, and we had not expected to carry them up and down stairs anywhere. ANOTHER POOR THING - NO RESTAURANT! We arrived tired and hungry and the restaurant was "closed". I suspect it is never open. It was not open for breakfast either. Given that there is nowhere nearby to eat - this is terrible! Our room was good except for the fact that cigarette smoke came into it from somewhere. However it had a queen bed and we would rather have had two doubles or a king - and we were not asked about this before being given a room.

We waited 45 mins for shuttle service upon return even after we called the hotel. I think we only got the shuttle because they were dropping off other customers at airport. Very bad experience after an overnight flight.

Salle de bain mal lavée, odeur de poussière du tapis, présence de grain noirs dans le lit, murs du corridor défonfés, céramique du corridor décollée et tombée, hôtel en décrépitude, réceptionniste de nuit lent,et imcompréhensible,navette srchargée qui désert deux hôtels. Hôtel à éviter!!! Ne érigé pas une seule étoile

The customer service was very good when I registered but when I came back the clerk didn't looked at me until I started talking to him. Samething for the shuttle. In the morning, the shuttle was on time but when I came back, I had to wait for 30 minutes after my call. But nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay.

Bathroom lost of black mold. Receptions said that we don't have to book shuttle. While waiting for shuttle we find out we had to book. Rooms dated and not sound proof.
