Although the needed parking duration requirements were met, shuttle service hours of 4 am to 8 am only is inadequate and mandates a 16 dollar cab fare with the return flight. My room provided a refrigerator, which was nice, but room maintenance and inspection was lacking. Room was not fully made up, as bedspread was still folded on top of the bed, there was a big gash in the wall, towel rod was broken in the bathroom, and the tub/shower lever on the tub hardware was missing, so you got hit with cold water when starting a shower, and the TV remote did not work for turning the TV on/off. Also, the requested 3:15 am wakeup call was not received. Fortunately, I had set an alarm myself.

Terrible, rundown property. Rooms are outdated and furniture is old, tub would not drain, security door at end of hall kicked in, roof rotting. They give you a ride to the airport, but NOT BACK TO THE HOTEL ?? Why would I stay here if I don't get a ride back to my car? It's called "park & fly"... not "park, fly and take a $16 cab ride back to my car". If I had arrived during the day and seen the property I would never have stayed here.

This facility is long overdue for a renovation - broken doors - worn flooring, etc. The room and hallway were filthy, the sidewalks we covered in snow and ice and the staff gave incorrect information regarding parking and airport shuttle. We booked our stay with the promise of 24/7 shuttle service to the airport and had to take a taxi to get our car at the end of our vacation. Don't book Travelodge - Bradley!

Almost missed our flight - super stressful experience! Waited 40 min in the lobby for the driver to artive. Staff either did not write down our shuttle time request for the next shift, or the next staff person deliberately pretended there was nothing there (I suspect the latter since I watched the checkin staff add our names and time to the shuttle clipboard). When it finally arrived, the driver complained incessantly about the problems created by the hotel staff, making the ride take even longer because he was not a focused driver. Upon our return, called the hoteel to schedule pickup and was told there was no shuttle return service if it fell outside the 8am-12pm window (it was 5:30pm). We hailed a cab, paid $20 for the ride to our car at the hotel, and drove up to see the hotel shuttle sitting at the entranceway, motor running. By then we had read recent online reviews of the hotel (wish I had done that before booking!) and knew there was no chance of reimbursement or even an apology, so we just went home. This place is a real dump on top of all that - neither clean nor safe - and should not continue to be in your program.

I was overcharged when I checked in and the morning clerk finally offered me a credit on my card. I left a wake up call and did not receive it. Luckily I woke up on my own. The evening clerk failed to schedule the shuttle for the next morning and again, luckily the driver was only a short distance away and although he was scheduled he did take us. Very disappointed in service.

This hotel room was disgusting and gross, highly dated, and in dire need of repair and updating. All other aspects of the park/sleep/fly experience was wonderful and exceeded expectations, but the hotel room left much to be desired.

When we arrived in our room the bed only had sheets on it. We called the front desk and shortly after an employee knocked on our door and had a wadded up blanket. In between flights we called the hotel to remind them of our arrival in Hartford for our shuttle. He gave us the number of the driver to call when we arrived and when we did the driver was upset and had a taxi driver pick us up. Very disappointed after a long day of traveling and having to deal with that after midnight.

First room sliding door lock to outside was broken and did not lock. Second room air conditioner stopped working after 2 hours and room got hot. Desk person offered a third room but wife was asleep and I did not want to wake her; we had to be up at 2;30 am. I did not get much sleep. Otherwise room was in just fair condition. Shuttle was contracted. The driver was prompt and was waiting for us at the hotel and the airport.

We arrived late. Front desk was accommodating but overcharged us for our stay. He told me to take it up with parksleepfly. Room was old and smelly. We were there only four hours before an early morning flight and really didn't sleep. The shuttle service was great out, just a driver and his car. Coming back I texted we were ready to be picked up as I was told. The driver told me I was supposed to call when I was leaving for the airport. He said I could get another ride to the car or he would be about 25 minutes. We didn't mind waiting and hoping he would come. He did.
