Very responsive to email. Willing to hold mailed package. Having issues with billing and proper billing charges -- still working on this with no resolve yet. Rooms are average. Restaurants were very nice, good food. Shuttle to port was convenient, reasonably priced but late.

The hotel was dirty. When they cleaned the rooms the forgot to clean the floors. Will not recommend or ever use this dump again.

The hotel room was humid and old. Poor internet service and the concierges were not nice. In addition, the shuttle time was misleading and took almost 1 1/2 to come back, therefore, I had to take uber to and from the port. It was not a good experience.

Resort location is amazing. Beach was beautiful. Rooms are dated and smelled like chlorine. Beds are very uncomfortable. The pools are clean and there is lots of loungers to enjoy. Beach bar was fun. For short stays and our purpose of parking while we cruised it worked well. My daughter loved the baby alligators in the lobby.
