A basic place to sleep near the airport. Staff was friendly and I felt it was an excellent deal (for the price).

Good place to stay and reasonable price

Bugs everywhere, moved to a cleaner room that we found insecure. Wind draft through door and loud noise all night prevented sleep

The hotel has all the basic amenities. It has no extra bells or whistles. It is located less than 5 minutes from the light rail and is easy to find right off the highway. Parking and shuttle services were easy to use, quick, and prompt.

Room was shabby and closed in, dirty carpet, and old. Parking lot was dirt and uneven, although the extended parking was fenced and secure. For the price we paid we should have gotten better.

We specified handicapped service due to my having broken by leg. We contacted the hotel and notified them that we needed that service and it was written on our reservation. The rooms were not handicapped accessible in any way. I had to move furniture in the first one to get near the bed and the bathroom, then park my chair in the door and transfer to the stool and could not close the door or take a shower. In the second room the chair would not get past the bed so I parked my chair in the out area and crawl over the bed to it. My chair would not go through the door to the stool so I had to transfer from outside. This tub was also standard and I was not able to use it. If I had been less capable I would have had to wet myself. The transportation was humiliating. On the first one they the attendant had to pull me up bodily onto the van seat. On the second one I was able to crawl up on my knees.
