My husband, my 9 yr old son and I chose a park, sleep, fly option because we had a 540am flight. We figured it would be more convienent to stay close to the airport the night before we left. It would maximize our sleep time. Boy, were we wrong! We arrived.at the hotel and were told that we were going to be upgraded to the club room floor. That sounded great at first, but the constant comings and goings of the "local clientele" on one side of us, and the screaming and running up and down the hall of the young man on the other side of us, made sleeping nearly impossible. Additionally, when we finally did get to sleep, we woke up to hear someone fiddling with our door. He then left. When he came back he had a room key which OPENED OUR DOOR. We were awake by that point and yelled and he told us the desk gave him our room. It seems that they gave our room out to us, then to him! Wow! I called down to speak with Kyle (who also checked us in) and was told that he would "look into it" but he never apologized for the mishap, nor did he offer any sort of consolation for their MAJOR error. When you stay at a hotel, you expect comfort, a quiet clean place to sleep. And most of all you expect to be SAFE. Mistakes like that are quite the opposite of SAFE. I won't ever stay there again. I will never recommend this hotel.

To start with, the room was in the basement. The view from the window was of a retaining wall. The carpet was filthy as was the furniture. The bed seemed clean and comfortable.

I would suggest a technological update that automatically comes in on the day of and around the time of landing. I didn't know how I was to get my car, or shuttle info. When other places have included that, I appreciate not wandering around wondering. Thank you...

We had a brief stay (1 night) at the hotel. Our one glitch, when we checked out at 4:10am to catch the 4:20 shuttle the front desk persons told us we were not on the reservation list and the shuttle was full. I had made a point of making sure we had a reservation when we checked in the night before and told her so. She didn't know how to react or solve the issue. She was not rude or anything disrespectful but indecisive and defensive. we had to deal with this stress while leaving for vacation. In my opinion a standard operating procedure should be in place, if something like this happens, you help the guests find transportation to the airport to catch their flight. For us, the shuttle turned out to be half empty and we got to the airport with the only issue being the stress of thinking how would get their while we waited.

Was noisy that night because of a party but was very comfortable and easy to get to airport.
