For convenience there is a small business center, with a computer, in the lobby so you can check your email, purchase tickets online for sporting events, or print out airline boarding passes. The hotel also offers free long distance calls to Canada and the lower 48 states. After a busy night of fun, there is a complimentary breakfast available where you can make your own waffles from 6:30 am to 9:30am.
For additional convenience, parking is available as well as a shuttle to and from airport.

Very old and unpleasant took 10 minutes to check in had to call front desk for shuttle ride woke up lady who was tired and confused got fed up took my own car canceled return reservation and paid almost 200$ for airport parking

There were rat droppings in the drawers the room was dirty it was a burn hole in the carpet in it exposed wires in the ceiling I would never recommend anyone to stay here there's only one person working the front desk and they had to close it to drive us to The airport. And when I went down to tell them I had booked a shuttle to the airport at 2:30 in the morning she told me no I didn't but I clearly did it was the first thing I did when I went there pick up was a disaster they use their own personal vehicle to pick us up which we did not know instead around waiting for 30 minutes

Hotel was clean The shuttle service was ridiculous. Couldn't find the keys, van doesn't work, Person with keys can't be found, 6th call from airport, someone coming in their own car soon, really? When!

While the front desk person was friendly, he was not well dressed. I had a question about obtaining wifi after I checked in, and could not locate the front desk clerk. The drivers to and from the airport were polite, friendly, and were much better presented. The hotel is old, and worn, and dirty. The floor in my room was sticky. There was a cigarette burn hole in my bed sheets. The pillows were lumpy and tired. The heater roared on loudly off and on all night. I did not wish to shower in the bathroom. The side door to the parking lot was jammed open, so anyone could walk in.

Although the owner was friendly, the condition of the hotel was very poor. We arrived at the airport and had to wait almost 30 minutes for a pickup which should have taken place within 15 minutes. Our assigned room was FREEZING when we opened the door. There had obviously been no heat on for quite some time. We turned the heater on and left to get some food - upon returning the room was still cold. After a conversation with the owner, we were able to get the heat unit to put out some heat. As we were quite tired, we wanted to go to bed right away so stripped the comforter off the second bed in the room and added it to our bed. Around 3 a.m. we became aware that the room was now over-heated. The bathroom was not in good shape. The ceiling was peeling - we opted to not use the shower as it was difficult to adjust the water in the sink to a desirable temperature. Not sure we would use this ParkSleepFly again.

The hotel while date was adequate. It seemed empty. Front desk informed us that no one seemed to be coming there. My car was the only one in their parking lot. When called to pick up a airport no one answered the phone so had to take a cab which cost $30. We have booked to come back again April 12 but will be cancelling to book something better. Was not happy with this booking. P.s. You should have did they answer phone so that shuttle could be called to show up.

Basic hotel beds were good large room bathroom needed upgrade clerk put some bagels out for our early departure before 5 am
