Never review, but for this one I feel I need to. The people at the front desk were absolutely terrible. Any other place we have stay for a park, sleep, fly has been great and had there stuff together. With this hotel being the most expensive we thought it would even better. We were wrong. We had set everything up online and when we got there they only had us staying one night and leaving the next day, our car and all. We had to tell/show them that was wrong. Usually they ask about a wake up call and tell you about the shuttle service to and from the airport. No such luck with them. They acted as if we were irritating them by asking about the shuttle and wake up call. Then they gave us the room key and said next. Had to tell them I needed to know where to park. They said there's a parking ramp right there. I said I get that but most places have certain levels/spots specifically for park and fly so that you know what car is ours. She said anywhere you see a reserved sign. I wanted to walk away and be done talking to them so we walked out and pulled up to the gate. It was open and we were not able to get a ticket so I parked in a spot labeled reserved and went back in to tell them that I couldn't get a ticket. Again acted as if I was bothering her. She gave me a ticket and said it was good for up until a day before we get back. Had to tell her that we went over the date we get back 3 times now. She fixed it and tried to send us on our way. Stopped her again and asked so how do you know which car is ours since unlike every other place you didn't ask for my plate #. She said we don't need it. I at that point said I'm done dealing with this and cannot wait to leave. Left on vacation and got back. When we got back we stopped in to ask and make sure we were validated so that we could get out of the gate. They acted annoyed and said yes, we took care of it before you left. Ok great so I can get right out? Wrong. Pulled up and put in my ticket, spit it back out. Parked in front of the gate and went in after hitting help button. She asked if I tried putting in my ticket. Are you serious!? Gave me another one and went back out and got the same thing. She then just opened the gate and didn't say anything over the intercom. So I pulled around and went back in again and asked what I needed to do or if I needed to do something since the initial ticket had how long the car was parked in it. She said nope you're good. I asked why not tell me that in the first place and/or just let me out the first time. The car in front and behind me had the exact same issue. Funny thing is that the one we had all the issues with about all this and that we dealt with every time was the manager. She has no business being in charge of others and I'm not sure why they would make her a manager in the first place. Terrible customer service all around and will never use them again. With all the problems we had they should be the cheapest rate in our eyes, not the most expensive

We weren't there very long but met our needs. Only waited about 5 minutes in the morning for shuttle but waited about 30 or so at air port for it.

I thought the hotel with parking was a good value. Finding and getting to the shuttle before it was due to leave (so we would have had to wait another half hour) was challenging after a long flight with a tired family and luggage.

Very spacious, clean, and stylish facility. Nice bar and restaurant. Super convenient, covered parking garage that is attached to the hotel. Very safe. Shuttle was in-time and waiting for drop off and pick up. I will use this facility again.

The hotel is located about a seven-minute bus ride to the airport. The hotel is nicely appointed, comfortable, and provides good service. I was a little bit disappointed with the selection of on-site restaurants. It was either sitting at the bar or going to the grill to have a burger or sandwich.
