We were very impressed by the friendly staff and speedy shuttle service. We had expected to wait for our shuttle at 12:15am upon our return, but were pleasantly surprised to find a large comfortable shutle waiting for us! We would definately use this service again!

I understand that I was supposed to call the hotel when I arrived back in town. This should not be necessary unless it is an an odd and unexpected hour.

Everything went well! The poor marking of the airport shuttle was the only negative. I was pleased and surprised at how easy it was to use the service.

The only disappointment was the long wait at the airport waiting to get picked up.

Did not find the desk girls to e very friendly. Had to ask for towels.

Asked the front desk clerk for extra pillows and blankets. It took a while and then I had to go to the front desk to get only the pillows and no blankets. When we got back from our trip the hotel did not answer the number I was given by the hotel front desk person. After a few tries I called the other number on the claim check and got the shuttle service to pick us up. When I got to the hotel the front desk person said the phone never rang.

The hotel elevator was full of smoke and our room reeked of smoke. It was obvious that the room had been a smoking room. At night we had to sleep with the sheet over our noses because the smoke was so bad.

The only complaint I have is that we were told to look for the white bus that said "Hotel Connection". The first white bus we saw said "Valet Connection". We mentioned something when we got back to the Red Roof Inn and she said the shuttle company sometimes changes the names on their busses and doesn't notify the hotel. We waited about an extra 20-25 minutes after we made another call.

Great service. Clean beds. Great for a one night stopover.
