The hotel was very nice. The shuttle service the morning of my flight was very timely. The shuttle was terrible when I needed picked up at the airport. I called the hotel twice to let them know I was waiting at ground transportation for the shuttle. I waited 40 mins then took a different shuttle service back to my car. I rank it 3.5 stars.
