The hotel was presentable and clean, but the heat had not been turned on prior to our arrival, so it was VERY cold (March, post snow storm!) and seemed like it took forever to warm up. It also had a musty smell to it. It did provide a decent continental breakfast. The shuttle turned out to be a taxi service, which was fine when I was heading to the airport, but when I tried to schedule a shuttle pick up upon return, I was told to just step out to the curb and grab a taxi; that turned into a 15 minute wait, in the cold, rainy weather. Upon arrival back to the hotel to retrieve my car, I was informed that I had to pay the taxi driver, wait for a receipt, and then get reimbursed by the front desk clerk. Not what I would consider 'shuttle' service.

We were very disappointed in the room.It had an odor of cigarettes.The mattress was horrible and the bathroom was old and dirty.would never stay here again.The shuttle service and parking were great .Just don't use this hotel.

This is an older, no-frills hotel in need of some updating. Beds were clean and comfortable, and the staff was courteous and helpful.
