Every aspect of hotel was exceptional... The room, the restaurant and especially the Front Desk. The individual I dealt with, "Joe", was terrific to work with. As my wife is somewhat physically disabled, Joe recommended using a taxi rather than the shuttle and monorail to the terminal. He arranged for the taxi and bellhop to pick up our luggage for the next morning. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. A real timesaver and piece of mind. After our 10 day Alaskan cruise celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary, returning to the Ramada, the car was ready and check out easy with "Joe" once again. I couldn't have thanked him enough for his concern, help and professionalism. The ParkSleepFly program is a fantastic system.

Awesome for the price. Good food at restaurant and great kiosk for food on go open 24x7. When came back home, our battery was dead and there was all hands on deck by staff to help. This place is great.

This was our 2nd visit in as many years. Loved the first visit, will not go back after our 2nd visit. Room was not clean, bathroom had long blonde hairs all over the floor, there were visible signs of someone having a pizza fight (sauce on the walls & floors) prior to our visit. Bathroom toilet handle stuck, so the toilet ran continuously unless you took the top of the toilet tank off and manually stopped it.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Good bar and great bartender. The shuttle service to the airport was flawless. However, when we returned, that wasn't the case. We were at the pickup spot at P4 8 minutes before the 4:45 shuttle was to be there. It never showed up. The 5:15 one did show up, however, the driver never left his seat to help us (we are both 65 and had very heavy bags). Once at the hotel, he dropped us at our car and again, never left his seat claiming he had a leg problem, however, my partner ran in to the driver in the mens room and he apparently had no limp and was showing no signs of leg problems.

The staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, and the food & service in the restaurant was very good, too. The only issue was the AC/heating unit in our room was very loud, and did not shut off even when I turned it off (was hardwired into the wall so I couldn't unplug it), prevented me from getting a decent nights sleep. But I would stay there again regardless as it was convenient and our experience there over all was very good.
