We asked to change rooms after first room had a bad smell. The second room we were moved into had a bad thermostat and no heat (it was 50 degrees). So they brought us extra blankets. We got the runaround when trying to talk with a manager the next morning. And their best solution was to refund our money if we moved our car elsewhere. Since we were too close to our flight departure time we didn't have time to do so. Management took no ownership of the issues and tried to blame us. Just a bad attitude that should have been handled differently. I will not ever stay here again.

After reading some negative reviews of this motel by others I was not impressed. However I didn't experience any of the problems others did. My wife and I stayed at the motel one night on Dec. 14, 2016 and flew out the next morning. The staff were kind and helpful and our stay was good. The address is NOT sequential on El Camino Real! That's the city's fault and not the motel's. But be aware that if you're on El Camino Real headed South in the 400 block you will NOT find the motel in the next (500) block; you must drive further south. Our only complaint that we asked for a non-smoking room and someone smoked in our room previously against motel policy; again, not the fault of the motel. We should have asked for another room but it wasn't that terrible so we simply opened the windows for awhile. That helped.

The sheets had bugs - the rooms surround an atrium and the linens are outdoors while they change sheets, but UGH. They did move me promptly when I complained. I would never stay there again. Shuttle schedule was not as frequent as advertised. Called to order shuttle after landing, then waited more than 30 mins (called back 2x and no one answered), then gave up and took a taxi.

Room was fine, location fairly convenient to SFO, long-term parking very packed and I was surprised I didn't have damage to my car by end of trip. But return shuttle service was poor, almost one hour even though website says return shuttle is provided upon request (yeah, sure). Will use other hotel in future just because of that experience.
