The room was fairly clean; the linens were very clean and we appreciate that. The hotel itself needs some refurbishing because of wear and tear but it was okay. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed to print boarding passes, etc.

the hotel is a bit out of the way. The hotel itself is a bit rundown but adequate. Shuttle service takes awhile since the hotel is a good distance from SeaTac. All in all not a bad and economical choice.

I want to highlight that on separate occasions two of your employees were extremely sensitive to my needs (I have mobility issues), volunteered to help me, and would not accept a gratuity from me. Unfortunately I do not know their names, but one was a maintenance worker, and the other worked at the reception desk. Finally, although my flight arrived back in Seatac at the very end of your shuttle service, the driver came out to get me, and helped me most courteously. I hope that you will check my reservation times and find these individuals whose caring, courteous, and friendly actions deserve to be recognized and rewarded. Thank you.

The staff was wonderful and very kind, but the hotel room reeked of smoke. The noise from neighboring rooms made it impossible to sleep, and I waited for an hour for the shuttle to arrive. Will not stay there again.

We waited for the shuttle for more than an hour eventhough had called well in advance. The shuttle was send the first time not having enough room for family of 4, we had to wait for an hour and half to be picked up again. After a long day of traveling and another 4 hour drive with tired kids, the hour and half really ruined our evening. I had also left a coffee mug in the shuttle, I called them instantly as I got in the airport. They said they will ask the driver and keep it at the reception. But they had lost it. Took another half hour of looking for it to no avail. The rooms are dated and bathrooms are old, the caulking for the tub was mouldy and black. Overall a terrible experience with the hotel and the shuttle service. O recommend using a different hotel
