The staff was excellent. Shuttle was good but the vans upholstery was very stained and should be cleaned or replaced. The hotel itself needs a lot of work. Areas of the hotel smelled of sewer. I was in four different rooms. First room had a leak in the ceiling from the second floor toilet. TV didn't work in the second room. Third room was not clean. Fourth room was was fair but not what I reserved.

Hotel room was partially painted but not recently. Looks like they started a makeover then stopped half way. Would not choose this hotel again. Bed was very uncomfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Although the lobby has been remodeled, the rooms need to be updated. The room had an odor that was not very comfortable. The curtains were torn. The room was clean. The shuttle timing was better this time than in the past but have waited almost an hour in the past.

Poor service overall. The hotel shuttle did not have room to accommodate my husband and I and another guest who all signed up for the shuttle for the time needed to get to the airport in the morning. We had to take an uber instead. The hotel was noisy throughout the night, and we did not get much sleep. Other guests we spoke with mentioned the same thing. It was very disappointing.

We were not told what gate to wait and call for shuttle pick up. We were in garage at 15 phoned motel and were told to go upstairs at 15 after 20 minutes in 48 deg phoned again and were told to go to gate 18. Customers need to be informed when checking into motel
