The hotel was very early in the morning, well, a hotel. We stayed here for a very early morning flight. The staff was nice and the breakfast was perfect for very early morning flights. The room was OK. It had a bit of musty smell but it wasn't too bad since we were only in the room for less than 7 hours. BEWARE!!!!! The shuttle service is a shared service with other hotels. When you land and get your bags you are to call the service to pick you up. Well, we did that and had over a 45 minute wait for the pickup. When you call then they tell you a 15 to 30 minute wait. When we called a second time the van finally came. The driver told us that he NEVER got the pickup call. He said he was in the waiting area outside the airport. Do yourself a favor, stay closer to the airport that has its own shuttle that comes frequently. NEVER AGAIN!

I had made my reservations online but when we got to the hotel they didn't have them. My husband was very perturbed with the receptionist before we even found this out because she was on the phone for a good 15- 20 minutes before she acknowledged us. When she told us she didn't see any reservations, she knew we upset, but she graciously said not to worry that she had a room for us. We did indeed have a very comfortable room and the parking was very easy and we felt at ease as to where our vehicle would be parked for the week. The only other concern was our shuttle driver. He was right on time and even told us not to hurry about getting into the shuttle because we had time to spare. Just a few minutes had passed and another passenger came down and we were off. I think we were off to a fire! We had to make two other stops before we went to airport. He drove very fast and jumped a curb in one of the hotel's parking lot trying to get out. He also like to tailgate and at one point I just closed my eyes. I thought maybe I was just not used to Pittsburgh driving until we picked up the last passengers up. The woman commented "Oh my God, I'm going to have whiplash before I get to the airport"! After arriving safely at the airport, the driver made the first stop and then started taking off. The men that he had dropped off ran beside the van and whistled for him to stop. They said "You left a piece of luggage on the curb." I turned around and said "That's our luggage" Then, when we got to our stop, the driver told us which airlines to get off and didn't mention Delta, which was ours. The sign clearly stated it was Delta so I asked the driver if this was our stop too. "Yep" is all he said so my husband and I got off. Really don't know where he had planned on taking us since we had told him two times which airline we were going on. My husband and I thought this might be a bad omen, but we had a wonderful vacation and a delightful shuttle driver back to our car at the hotel. We really do love the Park and Fly.

No time, shuttle was waiting

Room was clean and comfortable. The people upstairs must of had a heard of buffaloes with them. The noise went on all night. Staff need to learn more about the shuttle as we were told conflicting stories on the operation time. Overall we would recommend staying at this hotel.

Friendly staff. The extended breakfast was wonderful since I had to leave before 6:00 AM and the selection of foods was excellent! On my return, I didn't have a long wait to be picked up. The driver was very helpful and friendly.
