It was a little further from the airport than expected, so didn't hear planes at night. They use a taxi for transportation, so a little harder to know who to look for at the airport. I will know when to watch for them next time.

The staff at The Quality Inn was both friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean.. The shuttle on my outgoing flight was waiting form me at the designated time. I waited approximately 10 minutes for the shuttle upon my return. Would highly recommend to others.

I need to start by saying the two front desk ladies were spectacular, kind, and accommodating....our issues with the hotel and shuttle had nothing to do with them. The first room we were put in had clearly been smoked in (although it was a non smoking room) and had been sprayed with some time of heavy cleaning chemical to cover it up. The result was that it was difficult to even breath in the room. We had to call and asked to be switched to another room it was so terrible. They did switch us immediately. The rooms were not very clean, old, and out of date. However, the worst part of our experience was their taxi shuttle service. I specifically reserved the taxi the night before for a 6:00 am pick up. They were 20 minutes late, which is a problem when you are trying to catch a flight. The hotel had to call them 3 times just to get them to show up. Again, when we landed, I called the hotel and they called in for the taxi to pick us up. We were told it would be 15 - 20 minutes. After standing outside for 35 minutes, I called the hotel, which in turn called the taxi service. They promised they were only 1 or 2 seconds away. We waited another 10 minutes. So, a total of 45 minutes to pick us up at the airport after having traveled all day. There were many other taxi services available at the airport. I can't imagine why this hotel has contracted with this particular taxi service. It was completely unreliable and unacceptable. We will not ever stay here again. As I stated from the beginning, the front desk staff was incredibly apologetic for all of these issues. It clearly wasn't their fault. The hotel needs to invest some money to clean and revamp the room and they certainly need to find a different taxi service to serve as their shuttle (or just get their own shuttle van like most of these park/sleep/fly hotels).

Stayed here for a ParkSleepFly deal. Staff was very helpful and responsive. Room was not very clean (I check for bedbugs everywhere I stay, and while I was checking the mattress I saw the bedskirt was pretty disgusting; also there was food in the chair cushions). The shuttle to the airport was prompt, and it was 3:30 a.m. so I give them credit for that! Return shuttle was a different story. Upon returning to Vermont, I called the hotel and was told my cab would arrive within 15 minutes. 25 minutes later, still no cab so I called back and they told me to just take any cab and tell the driver that the hotel will pay upon arrival. Was turned down by 3 drivers, who all said some version of "do not take vouchers," finally one agreed to take me. I was happy to see he was paid in cash. Seems the hotel has an unreliable taxi shuttle service (also clear from previous reviews). But for 10 days of parking the price was great.
