Hotel poorly maintained after severe snow storm. Roadways not salted or sanded where I was told to park. Shuttle driver was very helpful after I arrived at 1:30 AM, and helped broom snow off car. After he left, I slipped on the ice scraping the ice off my car, and struggled desperately trying to get traction enough to stand. I could eventually crawl close enough to my car to drag myself up by the door handle and get into the car. This was an extremely dangerous situation that Quality put me in, and I will never patronize them again.

moldy smelling, months worth of cobwebs on the walls/ sconces walking in the side entry after parking the car in a completely dark parking lot. Heat/Ac in room did not function properly. We were either cold or overheated out of the room and the unit sounded like a freight train. The entire building looks, smells and feels old and tired.

Not a great experience. Had to wait over 5 minutes in the lobby waiting to check in. Construction was happening inside the hotel but we hadn't been told about that ahead of time. Desk clerk was not particularly knowledgeable about the shuttle departure times. Room was musty and we were not able to control temperature or fan in the room. Bathtub/shower combo had lots of cracks in the grout -- it *looked* dirty but I'm prepared to accept that it was just the missing grout that made it look so. Beds very uncomfortable. The only good thing is that our shuttle to and from the airport ran on time with very little waiting.
