despite maintenance issues with the room and the general poor conditions, the staff was wonderfully helpful. This is an older facility and served a purpose, but not a comfortable stay. For the price tag, I would have expected a less stains, working electrical outlets, and in general a better experience.

Unfortunately, our room appeared unclean. There were loose bobby-pins on the floor, and burn holes in the bedspread. It was an undesirable place to get a good nights rest.

Was supposed to be a non-smoking room and it stunk! They came in and sprayed and it still stunk. They also didn’t give us a wake up call. Good thing we set our own phone. I will use parksleepfly as we do every year but not at the quality Inn

room ok; bed ok; TV was AWFUL - upon arrival back from my trip, in attempting to call the hotel for the shuttle to get me at airport, no one answered the phone! It rang unending and finally I convinced a LAZ Fly driver to bring me to the Quality Inn.... upon arrival, the person at the desk advised they were having phone troubles.... while I would use Park & Fly again, I would NOT stay at this hotel!

This hotel would have gotten 4 stars if it wasn't for the attendant working on 06NOV17 at 11:00pm-ish. We stayed overnight on 01NOV17 and the same attendant informed us of the shuttle service and told me that when we arrived back at the airport "simply" call the number on this card and the shuttle will pick us up in ~5-10 minutes. This attendant decided NOT to answer the phone for over a half hour on the night when we arrived. I had to seek alternate transportation to get back to the hotel. He informed me that "he could see I was trying to call" yet didn't provide an apology or anything for being incompetent. Even if he answered and put me on hold for a few moments it would've been better then not answering. After spending a wonderful time in the Bahamas with my family (I have two kids, 9 and 13) who were exhausted and had to go to school the next day; they did their best as it took us over an extra hour to get home due to this delay. Terribly disappointed in that attendant. All ratings within this survey regarding shuttle are for ONLY leaving the hotel as we NEVER got a shuttle for the return. The "poor" rating on accuracy is in response to not getting shuttle service both directions hoping your company will relay this issue to the Quality Inn Hotel, Windsor Locks, CT management to hold them accountable to your expectations.
