We called from baggage claim to let them know but did not realize we had to get over to domestic. I called back to the hotel and told them the situation. We got in a traffic jam so I made a third update call and the nice guy at the desk said the driver had to leave and bring someone to the hotel,which is understandable,and he would send him straight back. When we finally got to domestic the driver put us in the van and told us he had waited an hour on us an hour (which was inacurate according to what the desk clerk told me) and we would just have to be patient because he was going to wait another twenty minutes on more people while we sat on the van. We came in internationally and had been up 27 hours and there we sat. The airport personal came by and made all the shuttle drivers that had been using it for their hang out leave and that's the only reason he left to take us on to the hotel. I understand that we had a hard time figuring out the airport but that was no reason for the rudeness. This is the only complaint we have and we will use the service again. Everything else was excellent.

The hotel & shuttle were great. Unfortunately, the woman at the front desk highly over estimated the time we would need to be at the airport for our 5:40am international flight out of Atlanta airport. She estimated that we needed to catch the shuttle at 1am when in fact the desks at the airport do not open for check in until 4am. This made our already 27 hour international travel day into an exhausting 30 hours. We really could have used better information & 3 extra hours of sleep before that trip! FYI: this hotel is not very close to the airport. it may have taken a 15-20 min drive, but there are other Quality Inns much closer.
