Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. A restaurant/bar that had later hours would have been nice. The long term parking was fine - glad that it was behind the hotel and not by the street. First shuttle was great - friendly, polite, chatty driver. Second shuttle played loud music, but friendly enough at start and finish of ride. Both were very prompt, which was most important. Overall, a good experience.

The staff was super friendly and the shuttle taking us to the airport for our outbound flight was right on time; however, service on our return was not good at all. The shuttle refused to pick us up at our terminal and insisted we take the airport train to the car rental area where a shuttle is normally there waiting. Airport staff advised us that the stop they insisted we go to was closed and nobody could be there to pick us up. We took a cab for $37 to the hotel but could not receive a refund on our taxi fare as we did not have a receipt. The hotel did not even offer to at least refund the cost we paid for the shuttle that we did not take. In the hotel, there were blood stains (obviously cleaned but stained non-the-less) on our bedding. We had 1 clean, dry towel. The others were damp and had a yellowish stain. We will not be using this service at this particular hotel again. Very disappointed!
