Vehicle broke into first night. Police said it happens all the time. No security or security cameras in the parking lot. Will never use that location again.

Rooms were neat and clean. Front Desk staff very helpful. Manager however, when called by front desk staff for help, was rude and refused to assist. We were trying to get something resolved due to an advertising issue. I do want to state that this issue was immediately resolved by corporate and I was reimbursed in full when I called them. Due to the refusal of the Manager to even listen to the issue I have to rate lower on Quality of Service. Due to the fact that my issue was with the timeliness and availability of shuttle service I will rate poorly. This does not directly relate to the shuttle itself or the driver as we never saw either.

We would never stay here again. Although our room was clean, the motel was rundown. We had another person check in shortly after we did and was given the same room although there were many other vacant rooms. The person actually used her key and came into our room. There was also an incident being picked up. The driver was at the airport but said she was never contacted to let her know we needed a ride. Very disorganized staff.
