Great location, good hotel for quick overnight. Shuttle only runs 1/hr.

The hotel was great for an overnight stay & leaving our car there while we were gone on vacation. The room was clean, comfortable & quiet. It could use some updating, but it's not the kind of hotel that you'd spend more than one night.

Carpet needed cleaning. Bugs in the bedside table. Place is a dump.

For the price, O'Hare Inn & Suites is quite close to O'Hare and of satisfactory quality for one night at a time.

The room was good enough to sleep in for a night after a long flight, but very outdated and no extras. The customer service was terrible. We had a morning flight so we decided to park our car and take the shuttle then stay the night at the end when we returned. I call when we were about 30 minutes out from the hotel to let them know we were coming and would need a shuttle. The guy on the phone was short with me and said I didn't need to call just show up. When we arrived the guy at the front desk was on his personal phone for a while before even acknowledging me although he clearly looked up and saw me standing there. He couldn't seem to find my paperwork for booking the parking and room. He made me go print out my email on the lobby dinosaur of a computer. After 20 minutes of fumbling around papers in silence he decided I could park my car and charged me for the remainder of the balance. There were several other guests who needed a shuttle as well. The shuttle was a single minivan and there was no way the 8 people and all our luggage was going to fit. My husband and I almost just called a taxi but the shuttle said he would be back super fast for a second load of people. He came about in about 25 minute. After returning from our trip I called the hotel to say we were back and would need a shuttle. This was at about 11:20pm they told me the last shuttle was leaving at 11:40 and they would not wait for us to get our luggage so we just called an uber instead. I picked this place because it was the cheapest option with the time frame of parking of needed and a shuttle. I was not expecting much, but this really blew me out of the water on disappointment. There were barely enough parking spots and the staff was terrible. I wouldn't recommend.

we checked in and immediately checked out and found another hotel. Would never sleep in that room. Also didn't like the fact that I had to leave my car keys and that if I did, they were kept in an envelope in a cardboard box at the front desk, never locked up. Someone could walk off with the box and all of the keys...yuck!! Staff were very rude.

We were only there for 5 1/2 hours and wanted an inexpensive place to sleep and park our car. We got what we paid for. Hotel was in poor repair. No security on outer door, anyone could walk in. Room furniture was old with paint missing and chunks out of it. Carpet was worn. Shower was short for me and I'm 5'4", water pressure was poor.

This hotel is awful and I have to think their next repeat customer will be their first. The roms are dark and in a state of disrepair, although not dirty. The bathroom features broken fixtures and a stained tub. The lowlight was " breakfast " which consisted of 2 bins of cereal and a gallon of milk.
