Disgusting! Room smelled like stale smoke & mildew. Tub was filthy & couldn't bathe my daughter. AC didn't work. Bed was lumpy & pillows so old foam was in lumps.

The night of our return there was lots of noise coming from the room above us, it sounds like people walking or running around.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. The problem this time was the shuttle service on our return. Several people had been waiting nearly an hour for the shuttle. Poor management, not the shuttle driver. They were delivering long staying guests to their work locations rather that attending to the airport customers.

After reading the reviews, I think my expectations of this hotel were higher than they should have been. Upon arriving in the room, we discovered that the king bed (which there was space for based on the placement of the side tables) had been replaced with a queen bed. The fridge was a mess, and we had to jiggle the handle of the toilet in order to stop it from running all night. Overall, it was a convenient place to stay for the night, but I was really disappointed with the room itself.
