We were really pleased with your Inn. Everyone we came into contact with was very professional, courteous, and friendly. Always smiling. To me that is the most important things they can do. Smiling always makes a customer feel better. If they are having a bad day it can make it better. When we went to the airport he was there waiting for us. When we returned Rebecca was there right away. She is an excellent employee, she makes you feel special and that she is there to take care of you and your baggage. I would give her an A+ for her service. She is a very good representative for you Company. I don't have any of the other names but everybody was really nice will definitely use you again when needed. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Joyce

The walls are pretty thin and you can hear every little noise. On our stay coming back, they were doing construction on another floor which we could hear and it was early in the morning when they started the work. Before booking, we were told that they would pay for a taxi for our early morning flight out since their shuttles didn't run that early. I was then told when I checked in that they don't normally do that but would since I was told this. Also on our return flight, we arrived before 10:00pm which we should have been able to get a shuttle to the hotel free but when I called to arrange the pick up, I was told that the person who does the shuttle already left for the night. We had to get a taxi and was out that expense. Was not what I expected when the web site states the shuttle runs until 10:00pm
