Everything about the hotel was fine. The problem was when we returned and the shuttle was not available. We called uber and when we arrived at the hotel it was a rather involved process to get a receipt so that they could pay for the ride.

I loved my brand new room! It took me awhile to find it as the exterior corridors are endless, and I kept going around and around - it's a huge complex. The gal from the front desk happened to be upstairs, and she was kind enough to help me find the room number; and when we opened the door, we were both delighted to see the lovely new room - it was great!!!! Here's what happened with the shuttle: Leaving the hotel for the airport was a breeze; the shuttle was right on time. Coming back, I called the front desk to book the shuttle; then I waited...and waited...When I called back, the woman at the front desk was terribly embarrassed; she had forgotten to notify the shuttle. I was very late for an appointment, so I took a cab, and she offered to reimburse the cab ride - which she did when I returned to the hotel. She was LOVELY!!!!

Upon return I phoned for shuttle. After 6 phone calls and a 40 minute wait I was told the driver was on supper and it would be another 35 minutes. I took a taxi which cost $17. After complaining to desk they gave me a $25 room credit for inconvenience but would not credit me taxi. When I tried to speak to manager the next morning she had no interest in talking to me. Very angry!

Price was decent. Unfortunately, the room was not clean. Debris on the rug, wine bottle left in the corner, musty smell. We asked to have some one come and vacuum, which was not a problem. We had requested a no pet room and after a few hours my husband was wheezing. We were given a different room with no problem and made it through the night. The parking was outside and just fine. Our car was safe and sound when we returned. Shuttle drivers were friendly and got us around rush hour traffic. Everything was perfect with ParkSleepFly but we would not stay at this hotel again.

We ended up taking a taxi to the hotel from the airport. When I called for a shuttle pick up there was no answer at the front desk...ever. I tried calling for 20 minutes, called back several times and let it ring for up to 5 minutes straight.
