Check in staff were average, but we had a problem with the refrigerator in the room and the manager resolved it personally, he really went above and beyond.

They put us in a room that hadn't been cleaned at first. When we called the front desk they sent someone up with a new set of keys for another room. Mattress was very uncomfortable. They did provide breakfast but didn't tell us about it at checkin. It was almost an after thought for them to turn on the lights and tell us about it as we were checking out. The shuttle service was very efficient. Not too long a wait when we flew out and the shuttle was waiting for us when we landed.

Hotel smelled badly. It was very shabby and dirty. Very noisy. There was no shuttle when we returned from our trip. The hotel did reimburse the cab ride. I would never stay here again. If I ever do park sleep fly I will stay at a different hotel. Staff that we dealt with were all very helpful and courteous.

Even though I had received a confirmation a couple of days prior to arrival, the hotel did not have our reservation. The desk clerk did some checking and provided us a room.

Attendant at front desk when we checked in needs more training, first she told us they didn't have a room for us even though we had a confirmation. Then she tried to give us a room with one king bed- there were 2 adults and a 15 year old, when we told her we needed a double she gave us a room with 1 double bed!on the 3rd try she came up with 2 double beds. Breakfast was opened earlier than sign said
