Everything was great...desk staff and shuttle driver could not have been better. I did not remember to ask about a return ride to the hotel so I just jumped into a taxi which was waiting when I departed the airport. I am sure that I could have called the hotel for the "return ride" but didn't have the # readily available. Next time I will find that out.

They put us in a room that hadn't been cleaned at first. When we called the front desk they sent someone up with a new set of keys for another room. Mattress was very uncomfortable. They did provide breakfast but didn't tell us about it at checkin. It was almost an after thought for them to turn on the lights and tell us about it as we were checking out. The shuttle service was very efficient. Not too long a wait when we flew out and the shuttle was waiting for us when we landed.

Hotel smelled badly. It was very shabby and dirty. Very noisy. There was no shuttle when we returned from our trip. The hotel did reimburse the cab ride. I would never stay here again. If I ever do park sleep fly I will stay at a different hotel. Staff that we dealt with were all very helpful and courteous.
