La Quinta Inn & Suites is conveniently located about a mile from LAX, and it’s close to other well-known attractions such as downtown, Redondo Beach, and Hollywood. The guest rooms are comfortable and suitable. Guests can watch cable on the flat screen Samsung TV or plug in their devices to play them. Guests can also receive voicemails or use Dataport phones from their rooms. Guests may make coffee in their rooms and sit comfortably on the pillow- top mattress. Guests can bring their fluffy friends, pets, into their rooms for company. The banquet facilities and event spaces allow guests to have a great time during their stay. Great staff, very helpful. Room was very small and needed some updating, but bed was comfortable. To note: I have a car with a cargo roof box and was too tall to park in La Quinta underground. Staff gave me a pass to Park in Holiday Inn behind and it all worked out!

Parking was good, staff was professional. The room and everything else however were not up to par. There were multiple stains throughout the hallways. Our room also had stains on the floor AND the headboards of the beds. The toilet/shower area did not have a vent fan and smelled horrible! We had to turn the room fan on because the noise from traffic on the street was loud. We did not have a chance to check out the breakfast because we were on a plane super early. The shuttle service was good. I would not stay here again.

My husband used the hotel computer in order to print out our boarding passes for our flight the next morning. After 3 trips to and from our room to the computer, he finally had all of the necessary info he needed to check us in for our flight. He went to print our boarding passes only to be told by the desk staff that the printer didn't work!!! Staff were there all night staring at their cell phones - why wasn't he told about the printer by staff who should have noticed the many times he'd gone back and forth?!!! They were too busy on their cell phones! Even a note on the computer about the printer would have saved mu hubby a lot of time and energy. We've been considering La Quinta for our regular hotel chain but fear the staff might not be up to it. Other than that we were quite happy with our room/service by staff but if we can't do something as simple as print out boarding passes at an AIRPORT HOTEL you can see how your chain just can't work for us... Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.

Hotel staff were amazing however the room itself left a lot to be desired. The room felt dingy and stale with a weird smell. The bathroom was honestly frightening (I didn't even fee comfortable kneeling down to help my 2 year old go potty). There was no actual differentiation for the shower area and they simply threw up a shower curtain and called that the shower. The lack of defined shower caused water to puddle on the bathroom floor which caused my toddler to slip and fall. The final straw was a little cockroach running across the bathroom floor : (
