The Armonk La Quinta provided a decent stay for a manageable price, which was exactly what I was hoping to achieve. No complaints until I returned from my journey and called Front Desk for my shuttle return to my car. At 11:05 pm on a Wed night I called to announce my return. "Okay, okay, okay," said Front Desk with a heavy accent, "Fifteen minutes." I waited. At 11:39 pm no shuttle had appeared and I called again. "Okay, okay, okay. He should be there, I don't know what happened. I will call him. Fifteen minutes." The shuttle is usually parked and waiting at the lobby door unless on an airport run, right at the Front Desk. At 11:48 pm I called once more. "Okay, I don't know. He should be there." Front Desk said. Shuttle arrived shortly after. I asked the driver about the delay, wondering what had happened and he said he had been alerted about my arrival at 11:42 pm. Arrived at hotel at midnight. Assuming the driver is being truthful, Front Desk really slipped up and left me standing alone on the platform waiting with the mosquitoes nigh onto midnight, having been up since 4 am for travel on two flights and facing a 1.5 hour drive home after retrieving my car. Less than pleasant experience. On Thursday I called the front desk and asked to speak with the manager, Don Bowden, to alert him to the experience and my displeasure, not so much as a complaint demanding action but just to let him know I felt the treatment was unacceptable and hoped it would not happen to others. Manager never returned my call. Other hotels have been much better with ParkSleepFly. I would recommend other hotels but not this particular La Quinta. Thank you for your attention. Lisa

The hotel was clean, comfortable and friendly staff. The shuttle was prompt in the morning before flight. Had to wait about 20 minutes on our return which is expected as there running people back and forth all day

The shuttle on return was a disaster. I was waiting at the airport sign that stated "Overflow parking and /Shuttle Bus Stop. I was not aware I was to wait across the street on parking garage side. The shuttle bus passed by on the other side, I called the shuttle number again and was told the driver would have to return to hotel (15minutes) and turn around again (another 15 mintues) to get me. When I questioned if driver had a walkie talkie, I was told no. Needed to be told up front where to get the shuttle. Signage very poor at airport.
