The hotel was being renovated and I believe we were in a room that was done. It was sad to see the quality of the work the hotel was paying to have done. Globs of caulk around the tub. Scratches and marks in the paint coupled with paint drops on the bathroom floor. Sad to think you paid for that quality of work and in a very short period the hotel will look bad. Everyone at the hotel was nice and very helpful. Great location for a Park and Fly option.

The hotel was average, which we expected. The shuttle was the problem. Going to the airport our shuttle driver talked & complained non-stop about her family. When we returned from vacation we called to be picked up by the shuttle and were told it would be at least an hour because the shuttle driver didn't show up and they already had 5 people waiting to be picked up at the airport. She was extremely rude with my husband and hung up. We called back to see where to go to be picked up and who to look for, she finely relented and said they would send a cab but we had to go to a different area of the airport (instead of where all the other cabs were waiting right in front of where we picked up our luggage). Which meant we had to go out into the rain and catch a shuttle to take us there. So we did as we were told, and as we are pulling up to said location, soaking wet, we get a call from the taxi picking us up asking where we are because he is waiting for us - outside the location we were just at along with all the other taxis! The taxi driver was kind enough to drive to where we were and didn't make us go back out into the rain to get to him. We gave him a very nice tip for that. Needless to say we were completely unsatisfied with the whole experience and next time will consider just leaving home very early in the morning and parking at the airport.

My return shuttle ride did not show after 30 minutes. Had to pay for a different taxi to take me back to the hotel. Apparently, the hotel's shuttle bus was broken and they had to dispatch a taxi to pick me up. After waiting 30 minutes, I hired a different taxi company to take me back to the hotel so I could retrieve me car. I will not use this hotel again.

My family and I had to wait almost 2 hours at the airport on the evening of June 6th for a taxi to pick us up to return to the hotel. When I called after our plane landed (Delta Airlines)the desk clerk said that the shuttle driver had "called in " so there wasn't any other way to get back to the hotel and our car except to take a cab with a specific cab company at a specific location which was at the other end of the airport (about 2 miles according to airport security). My disabled mother was using an electric scooter with a dying battery and it wouldn't make it to the specific pick up area. I told the desk clerk this and she said to "just plug it in to charge it up because this is the only place the cab company would get us from" . Electric scooter batteries are not like cellphone batteries and require hours to charge. While I was on hold with the desk clerk (for 10 minutes before I finally hung up on her), another security officer asked if we needed any help. We told him what was happening and he called the cab company personally to see if a cab had even been requested by the hotel for us and they had no record of any request so he asked if a van or SUV could pick us up because my mother's scooter doesn't fit in a car trunk. After about 2 hours, a CAR FINALLY came. So after putting the scooter and what luggage we could in the trunk 3 adults and other luggage were crammed in the backseat. When I got to the hotel I asked the desk clerk to explain why we couldn't be picked up at our terminal, take another cab company and be reimbursed, and why she was so rude to "guests" ? She stated "that was just the way is was and that there wasn't anything she could do about it". There was no apology for or acknowledgement of the trouble caused. I will not stay at this hotel again and would bet the other 2 "guests" that were waiting to be picked up won't either.

On the way home the shuttle driver had called in sick so they told me they would send a cab. I waited one hour while I watched 30 or 4o cabs take people. All these cabs just waiting and I had to wait an hour for a certain cab. I had a 3 hour drive home and it was getting late. I was VERY upset. I would not recommend this hotel if someone wanted to park and fly. Too unreliable not having a decent backup plan. The girl at the desk was very nice about it but I was in tears when I drove away I was so upset.

Perfect hotel to stay before an early morning flight. Very accommodating and great front desk staff who provided outstanding customer service. Love the ParkSleepFly package offered. Shuttle took us to the airport and picked us up and our car stayed safe at the hotel for nine days. The cost of the hotel was a bargain and saved us the headaches and cost of parking the car at the airport. Highly recommend!!
