Carpet was filthy shuttle did not come in time they had to call a cab. I ordered a wake up call and did not receive that either. Person across from us had dogs barking most of the night then they were burning something in there room and fire alarm went off. Fire trucks and police at hotel at 11pm keeping us all awake .

1 person in our groups car was broken into the night we spent there. When we got back to the airport & called to be picked up they said to take a cab that they did not have a shuttle driver. They did pay for the cab. When we got back another person in our group car had been attempted break in,

Room dos not have towels. Could not watch tv because there was no cable box in the room. We were 5 mins late for our shuttle time, and the driver started to leave without one of the persons in our group. He was terribly rude. He could have said that he would take us at a later time, but instead started to drive off.

The beds looked nice. The hotel and hallways smelled of smoke, but thankfully the room did not. The carpets were stained terribly in both the hallways and the room. Not a hotel I would walk around barefoot in. Hotel staff did not seem friendly at the front desk. Would I stay here again? Probably not, I would spend more money to stay else where. My car was safe and did not have any damage. Was a good price.
