My experience with the hotel was very average, nothing about my actual stay at the hotel was off. My issue I had was with the pick up from the airport after arriving back from my trip... I waited with my family for over 2hrs to get picked up because of the lack of communication with the outside company they hire to deliver you back to your car. The manager simply said she couldn't do anything for me when I approached her about the wait time. Horrible level of professionalism

Recently remodeled... sort of. Room wasn't finished: toilet rocked, no trim, no blanket. Elevator reeked of cigarette smoke. Hallway hadn't been vacuumed. Morning shuttle was good. Even when asked about return flight shuttle, they didn't bother to let us know the last shuttle was at 11pm so we had to pay a taxi. Will NOT use this hotel again.

Front desk manager was excellent, wish I could remember her name to thank personally. Didn't have a van driver to pick us up at airport but sent 1 taxi (two were needed) so other family used airport taxi service which the hotel quickly reimbursed for. Would use again.

The hotel was "Okay". From first glance it looked nice and newly renovated. Until you looked closer. There were still cords coming out of the wall under the sink (hazard for children), when you took a shower the bathroom almost flooded ( and I mean an inch or so of water!), the toilet did not sit straight im assuming from the water damage and it wasn't the cleanest. The staff however were friendly and the shuttle did take us at the appropriate time but we did have to wait 30 minutes for them to pick us up and her phone was on loud and ringing the entire time. I probably wouldnt stay here again, But, for one night it was fine.
