The shuttle was on site at 4:00 AM as expected, but was not ready to leave for about 10 min. Construction was occurring at the hotel, so there was not as much parking space as usual.

They are doing some updates, but it still needs some work. Our bathroom door didn't close, the toilet seat was loose, and the room was so hot that even though it was 40 degrees outside, we had to have the air conditioning on high. However, the biggest complaint is that when I went to check in, I gave her my last name, and she immediately started shaking her head and saying, "Nope, no reservation." I asked her to please check again and spelled my name and she found it and said, "Oh. Okay." I told her we needed a shuttle at 5:00 a.m. on March 4, 2017. I literally watched her write it down for March 3, the current day. I asked her to double check and she clearly didn't care but said she had written it down. The next morning, there was a shuttle outside, and I was happy about it, until we found out that the shuttle driver was turning in the shuttle and had no record of our reservation. She was extremely nice and took us anyway. When we returned, we just called the hotel and though they didn't have a shuttle available, they sent us a cab, paid by them, which was great. So it's a mixed review. They really need to work on their front desk customer service and their shuttle reservations.

The hotel is going through a remodel, but it didn't affect us in any way. The beds were comfortable. The shower glass had residue. There was no hairdryer in our room.

They were in the process of remodeling The Hallway way terrible we were on the 4th floor The room was nice but they did not take the time to clean the floors good and the shower door was not cleaned well it still had some of the white compound used on walls The toilet lid was loose I do not like that the shower door can only be opened one way at the opposite end of the faucet I had a hard time turning down the water in order to get in was too hot The shuttle person was 10 minutes late getting there when we left and I called when we got off the plane and was informed the person for the shuttle was gone for the day they called a taxi waited 20 minutes for it to arrive At least we did not have to pay for the taxi I think I would use a different hotel the next time
