It was fair at best. The worst part was when our neighbouring unit checked in it literally sounded like he was in our room. There was an adjoining door and the layouts of the two rooms made it hard to sleep as we heard everything he did.

Hotel quality was low-end, but we knew that going in. The alarm clock in the room was broken.

Older, lower priced hotel. No concerns regarding the hotel. Shuttle service was slow.

Hotel was OK, but my room had not been cleaned after the previous guest - the bed wasn't made, soda cans and pizza boxes littered the room.

It's not a new, fancy facility so it doesn't get five stars, but it's very clean and the staff couldn't be nicer. The price is right, if not great, so overall it's a lot better than much of the flashy competition.

Knights Inn is a very "basic" hotel. The walls were thin and we could literally hear everything that was going on outside our door. The bed was not very comfortable and the mattress had a large indentation in the middle at the bottom. Shower was not working properly as well. That said, they were prompt to take us to Sea-tac for 3:30 am to catch our flight and when we came back, they were just as prompt to pick us up and take us to our car. Car was just as we left it, which is always a relief.

Hotel was a basic 2 1/2 star hotel breakfast was good, the first room assigned to us had a strong smell of chlorine but we move rooms and so that situation was resolved quickly. I wasnt expecting anything special considering it was a 2 1/2 star hotel soI left somewhat satisfied.

The hotel is 2 star I believe, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised at the poor quality. I would have understood an uncomfortable bed and no amenities, but it was just dirty. We paid in advance for a night after our return flight, but after staying one night, we decided to make the 3 hr drive home even if we weren't guaranteed our money back for the second night. Maybe if my wife and 5 month old baby hadn't been with me I would have felt differently, but as it is, we will definatly be staying elsewhere next time we fly out.

This hotel was dirty and nothing like it was made out to be. The bath tub was so rusted no one wanted to even stand in it to take a shower. (we took a picture of the bath tub) When I said I wanted to pay cash he charged my credit card. When I booked it stated that the hotel was a partner with Aeroplan. When we inquired we were told "I have no idea what Aeroplan is" The mattresses felt like and sounded like they were made out of rubber. The room was not clean to standards of what a hotel should be like. The drawers on the end table either had no handle or had a zip tie for a handle. I would NEVER recommend this place or stay here.
