The hotel was loud, the beds were ridiculously uncomfortable, the room was filthy, and the entire place smelled like smoke. We were led to believe we were going to be parking in a secure lot only to find out we were simply parking in the hotel lot. The shuttle took 15 minutes to get there once we asked the front desk to call it. Upon arriving home we called for the shuttle on the way to ground transportation only to be told we had to be at ground transportation before calling. Once at ground transportation (2 minutes later) there was no answer for 5-7 minutes of consecutive calling. After finally getting through it took about 10 minutes for the shuttle. Meanwhile all other airport shuttles (Quik Park, US Park, and others) had several drop-off and pick-ups. We had to load and unload our own bags onto and off of the shuttle while the rude driver just watched and hurried us. Then there are signs inside the shuttle encouraging tips for the driver. Once we got back to the hotel we went inside to use the restroom (with my 3 and 5 year old). We were rudely told that there was no bathroom for us to use and were asked if we had a reservation. I informed the employee that we had a park-sleep-fly reservation and we were instructed to go next door to Wendy's to use their restroom. We have done park-sleep-fly before at other hotels and were satisfied. Never, Never, Never again at the Knights Inn.

While the hotel room was clean, it was clearly dated and could have used an update. The staff I interacted with were universally helpful and polite, and service is important to me.

Price was good and location was great but the room was gross. I went to give my kids a shower and there were a few black hairs in the tub. The carpet in the room was sticky all over. Seemed like it had a film over it and when I called the front desk to ask the person working Said she would get back to me and never did.

Light fixture in room didn't work. Breakfast was poor. Coffee out, milk out, and juice was very watery. Staff was advised. Brought more milk about 15 minutes later. Said more coffee was brewing but never saw it. Never changed the orange juice.
