Bad hotel!!!!! Hotel was suppose to be smoke free but still smelled like smoke. Tried to change rooms but she did not have any left. The room was terrible, room door keep jamming, (nearly broke my shoulder trying to get in), holes in bathroom door. Very noisy during the night! The people above our room sounded like they were moving furniture all night long! People talking in the hallway all night long inconsiderate for the people who were trying to sleep! We will NOT stay here gain! Suppose to have continental breakfast but that only consisted in 4 kinds of cereal. We will pay more to get better service next time!

The hotel is or was a Baymont Inn. The sigh said Baymont, but my reservation was for Knights Inn. The hotel was very dirty and linens were in short supply.

They are making some room repairs that are needed. Still, it is a good value!

Our room had mold in the bathroom ceiling. The entire motel had a moldy smell.

Re: return shuttle. We did not use the shuttle to return, but opted for Uber to avoid a wait.

This was the worst hotel I've even stayed in. The floors were dirty, the door knobs were falling off. The air conditioner didn't work. I will never stay at another Hotel in the Ramada family.

Unclean. Poorly maintained. Pool closed. Rude staff. Shuttle to airport refused to take us to the International terminal AND had a really bad attitude about it. Did not come to airport to pick us up. We had to take taxi from Airport back to motel at our additional expense. One of the worst experiences we have ever had. Would NEVER stay there again or recommend it to anyone we know.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever stepped foot in. As soon as I walked in I walked out! The room was nasty, bugs crawling all around the air unit, the floors in the bathroom had. It been cleaned. Absolutely disgusting.

Our flight to Atlanta was delayed in Newark 9 times during which my niece tried to call the hotel to notify them. We had no idea the name had been changed from Baymont to Knights Inn, but she finally was able to tell them of our delay. Since we arrived in Atlanta at 2:50 a.m there was no shuttle service available which is understandable. We told them at 3:30 that we would not be using the room but would drive straight home. At that point we had been up 27 hours and just wanted to go home. When I checked my credit card statement, I found that we were charged an extra $103.36 which astonished me. If that is a cancellation fee I am astounded. I would think that some compassion and a little common sense would tell them they were not going to rent the room to someone else at 3:30 a.m. We notified the hotel of our delay and it was out of our control. I am extremely disappointed with the hotel and its service but not with ParkSleepFly. Believe me, we would have been happy to have slept there under normal circumstances. I would suggest you have nothing to do with Knights Inn in the future. Thank you.
