I know my husband picked this place probably because of price but the hotel even with a new name (Was the Baymont Inn) is still in bad shape. Even with clean sheets and new flooring so many little things are falling apart. Towel racks falling off the walls. Holes in the bathroom door. Broke lamp shades. And on our return they put us in a larger room with a nasty stained couch and more little holes and breakages.And note that we had to call the hotel when we returned for shuttle service and had to wait for about 45 minutes because of traffic.

Shuttle service was not available on our return trip. couldn't find the driver/shuttle. had to take taxi. Room was a dump. Holes in the walls, tv did not work, my worst experience.

Bad hotel!!!!! Hotel was suppose to be smoke free but still smelled like smoke. Tried to change rooms but she did not have any left. The room was terrible, room door keep jamming, (nearly broke my shoulder trying to get in), holes in bathroom door. Very noisy during the night!The people above our room sounded like they were moving furniture all night long! People talking in the hallway all night long inconsiderate for the people who were trying to sleep! We will NOT stay here gain! Suppose to have continental breakfast but that only consisted in 4 kinds of cereal. We will pay more to get better service next time!

The hotel is or was a Baymont Inn. The sigh said Baymont, but my reservation was for Knights Inn. The hotel was very dirty and linens were in short supply.

This was the worst hotel I've even stayed in. The floors were dirty, the door knobs were falling off. The air conditioner didn't work. I will never stay at another Hotel in the Ramada family.

Unclean. Poorly maintained. Pool closed. Rude staff. Shuttle to airport refused to take us to the International terminal AND had a really bad attitude about it. Did not come to airport to pick us up. We had to take taxi from Airport back to motel at our additional expense. One of the worst experiences we have ever had. Would NEVER stay there again or recommend it to anyone we know.
