FROM AIRPORT: Once you have your luggage in hand please use the courtesy phone in the baggage claim area to contact the hotel for a pick up. The shuttle picks up at island 2 at the Courtesy Shuttle pick up area.

Disgusting. Black mold on the ceiling. Homeless people congregating in the parking lot. This I could live with. The worst part was the shuttle. We were told to give them a call when our plane arrived and they'd be there in 10-15 minutes. We sat outside in the shuttle pickup spot at 10pm with a 7 year old in the cold waiting for almost an hour. I watched La Quinta, Best Western, Red Lion shuttle come and go and come again 3-4 times and I wish I booked with them. The other family waiting with us asked the shuttle guy what took him so long (cause it was like an hour) he said "well I have a lot of stuff to do" Seriously?!

My experience was interesting since it was during the horrible non stop snow/ice storms we were having here. They were so understanding and didn't charge me for the extra two days of parking due to the ice storm keeping me from my flight home and accommodated me in a room on a different night as well. The day I arrived the shuttle driver was so nice as I had been through the scariest drive of my life to get there with the icy freeway and was pretty shaken up and helped me get my luggage out of my car, as did another gentleman which was so kind as I was not in a good place and it was 5am and I had been on the road since 3:30AM. All this to say I was very pleased with the staff. The room was definitely adequate. I got in late at the end of my trip and the only bummer was the TV had all been disconnected for some reason but a guy came up and figured it out. My only suggestion would be to add a little clock to the end table. Yes we have our phones but it is always nice to wake up and see what time it is without turning it on :). Great experience - I have done this before with this hotel and will do it again in the future!
