The location looks a bit dicey, it is at a busy intersection, but once on the grounds it is quiet and calm.

They never did pick us up. Put us on hold twice and the information desk at the airport once with no message. When we did get through to them and told them it was rude to be put on hold every time without an explanation, the man on the phone said "you kept calling so I kept putting you on hold. I'm very busy here." This was to call for a shuttle. We only got hold of someone within a couple minutes of arriving at the hotel by cab which they refused to pay for since we never got to ask for a shuttle by phone. staff consistently does not understand customer service. Not our first poor experience with them, but will be our last.

Definitely needs updating. Don't plan to reserve it again. Service, however, was excellent. Location is good.

The tv did not work. When I called the desk they said they would have to send someone later to reset the router. The water temperature was like warm. Parking was extremely limited right and not in a secure lot.

Hotel needs updating. Room comfortable enough, but worn throughout. Seemed a little overpriced for the room, but parking fir 8 days was fine.
