I had an outstanding experience at this hotel. It was definitely the highlight of my trip. My dinner was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking/shuttle service was tops. The staff were incredibly friendly. Receiving a text message to make sure everything was going well was such a pleasant surprise. This will be my new GO TO anytime I need to fly out of St. Louis. Thank you for such a great experience!

I had stayed at this hotel before. But, This time was awful. My toilet wouldn't flush . And I was told there was a complimentary breakfast. After getting 2 pieces of bacon and a spoon of eggs while i was waiting only 5 minutes for my shuttle i was left with an additional 14 bill. My bill was over $30 over my approved bill and I have no idea why. The staff was rude. I will never stay here again. I have contacted management as I was very upset. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! i AM A HILTON HONORS MEMBER AND THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH HILTON THAT i HAVE EVER HAD. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Room was very nice & had everything you might need. They were very organized - there were papers to fill out and she took down my departure time for the next morning immediately. Shuttle to the airport was prompt - only complaint is the wait after I got back in to get to the hotel was a tad long. Overall a great experience! I'm staying with them again in a month for another flight!

When I return from my vacation to collect my car from the park/sleep/fly program… My car would not start… The battery was dead! The staff was absolutely fantastic in helping me! The young woman behind the front reception desk got jumper cables out of her own vehicle, and the shuttle bus driver was kind enough to use them to jumpstart my car & send me on my way! I could not have gotten quicker or better service from the auto club! I was on my way within 20 minutes! I wish I had gotten each of their names I would publish them as my angels of the day!
