Nice hotel- area seemed a little sketchy. Price was very reasonable and decent breakfast.

Room was out dated. Sink was falling off. Thermostat wasn't working and had to change rooms. The 2nd room wasn't much better. Disappointing at best. Will not stay at this hotel again.

We will stop stay here again! No restaurant, room temperature not regulated, no towels available at front desk. There was water dripping from ceiling.

Don't judge a book by its cover! The rooms look so nice in the picture but that's not the case! Our room would not cool, making it hard to sleep. It made our day of traveling miserable! The staff was friendly enough. The shuttle was stinky.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel. The reviews were great, which they must have been fake. The pool was closed and on the way to our room, most vending machines, and ice makers had signs, "out of order". The hotel appeared run down. We had an early flight, so we had to be up at 4 am. The room was very hot and when I changed the thermostat, nothing happened. I went to the front desk and the lady said someone would be in to take a look in 5 minutes. After 20 minutes I went back to the front desk as the phone did not have a card on the face to allow me to know the number to call the front desk. The lady asked if he had made it, and I said no, so she offered to move me to another room, but my family was already in bed, so I said I would look at the other room before taking it. It was just as hot, but hot air was coming out of the register, but the thermostat said 60 degrees. So I went back to the front desk and she said she would sent the maintenance guy to our room. He arrived with a fan and said that the system is old, you either get hot or cold air, it is all on one system and with it cold outside, it could only be hot. It was an interior room, so opening the window was not an option.

Needed to call twice for return shuttle, unmarked van, close to a half hour wait. Elevator in hotel was questionable, door partially opened with floor of elevator not in correct position, then corrected it self.

We didn't have a shower curtain. Check-in was tedious, I had to show my e-mail in order to get things straightened out. they had me down for only two rooms, when I had booked three. I understand that they are in the process of changing hands once again, and hope things get better.

Days Inn was transitioning to grand stay inn ( or some such). The computer wasn't working right so getting checked in took a while. We had reserved a two bed room but ended up with one bed - didn't want the hassle to change. The phone in the room rang but could not be answered. The TV said it had the big 10 channel but it didn't work. The shuttle was ready when we were and was quick to the airport. Our car was fine when we got back - although the hotel didn't know we were coming. Overall it was OK because we got to the airport on time and had our car when we got back. We hope they get the other glitches repaired.

The onsite restaurant and bar are still closed over a year after Days Inn took over the operation. Rooms need to be updated. I will say that they do have the best shuttle service to the airport.
