I have to commend Shawn, your shuttle bus driver. His kindness and over-the-top customer service was amazing. After a six-day vacation I came back to my car with seized brakes. He not only arranged a tow truck but he brought me to a mechanic that fixed my vehicle for the four-hour drive home within the hour. Not sure what I would have done without Shawn. He saved the day and I will always be grateful for his kindness. This employee should be recognized for this kind of service to a customer in need.

I would stay at this hotel again for sure. Check in was quick and friendly. Lots of parking. I definitely prefer this stay over the Park and Fly that we used 2 years ago. Had damages to my vehicle and it was difficult to find a parking spot. Lot was just so large. It also took quite a while for the shuttle to come. When we arrived in T.O. from Jamaica last week we called for the shuttle and he was waiting for us. Couldn't ask for more.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, about 3 weeks apart. Rooms are fine, but getting the shuttle back from the airport was awful each time. The first time, we waited an hour, calling twice to find out where the shuttle was? The second time just a week ago was worse. I had called it being 12:30 am, was told by 1 am if not before. Then it's 1:20, I called,there was an excuse there was a problem with the van, but it's ok, it's on it's way. It is now about 1:40am, a van comes. Doors open and only 3 seats left. There are 7 adults plus 2 small children now waiting. So, obviously the children and adults get it. Someone inside the van said they were told a different excuse for it being late. And being a previous bus driver myself....where would they go anyways with a van load of people at that time in the morning?? I now called a third time to the hotel, being a little irate, at now having to wait again. The driver said 15 minutes he'd be back, it'd be more like 30. Shuttle ends at 2 am. The hotel said to grab a taxi and they would pay for it. After this and upon arriving at the hotel, I was given an upgrade room and free Buffett. I'm not sure if the other 4 people got the same? I was too tired to find out. I did go down for the breakfast. But I'd recommend being there early. I was there for 10 am, no food had been replenished, barely anything left. And what there was had started to go hard. I'd add, somebody else did come in after me also. I usually like the Four Points, and have stayed at a few over the years. But this happening twice, I may pick another one nearby the airport.

Hotel staff was excellent. They arranged for the shuttle to start early to get us to the airport for 3 am. We didn't spend much time in the room or using the facilities. The big disappointment was the shuttle wait on our return...we were told to call when we got to the post for a 10-20 minute wait...we called and waited 45 minutes. I don't think the shuttle runs unless they get a call.
