Follow the Airport Road to traffic light. Take a left onto Congress Street. When the road splits yield right. You are now on Maine Mall Road. Follow Maine Mall Road past the Maine Mall and over the I-95 overpass. After going over the overpass go through two sets of lights staying in the right hand land to the third traffic light. At the third light take a right onto Cummings Road and the Fairfield Inn will be on your immediate left. Approximate travel time is 5 to 8 minutes.

The hotel was adequate to spend the night. However, upon returning to retrieve the car, it was under 2 feet of snow and behind a snow bank at least 3 feet high. We called the hotel when we arrived at the airport and were told the car was ready. When we arrived, the person on duty told us he was the only one there--and that we were lucky to find him there. Imagine our disappointment. After inquiring about a shovel, he put on his coat and found a shovel and stormed out of the hotel. My husband (76) went to assist--fearing that this person was going to have a heart attack (out of breathe after 5 or 6 shovelfuls), he took over and cleared the car and the snow bank. The person returned without my husband and when I inquired where he was the response was "I don't know". I then asked if he was bringing the car around and the response was "I don't know". We understand that there was much snow when we were gone, however we would expect to at least to be able to reach out car.

The staff was very helpful and kind. We were able to get a fresh cup of coffee as we headed to our flight at 4am. The shuttle was waiting for us and we arrived in time for our flight. Would highly recommend this!

Shuttle service was not running when we had to leave at 4;30 a.m.-----nor when we returned a week later at 11:10 p.m.. We used a taxi both times which arrived with a short wait. There was snow while we were gone so it took 45 minutes to get the car out of the snow---not great after having a delayed flight. We finally arrived home at 2:30 a.m. None of this was the fault of the hotel, but it would be much better if there were better parking facilities.

Excellent. We had not stayed at Fairfild inn before. Great service. In particular having chilli and chowder was a pleasant surprise at the end of the day.

Quiet. Clean. Very nice. Only inconvenience was that the window cover was a sheer drape. No opaque, privacy curtain.

Lauren at the hotel was amazing....very pleasant, bubbly and always willing to help. There were a few issues in which she made everything work. They weren't doing the shuttle to the airport anymore (it would behoove parksleepfly representatives to touch base with their customers on a regular basis to update pertinent information) as the driver has health issues. She arranged for a taxi to pick me up and bring me back. Everything went smoothly as far as parking area and time my vehicle stayed there.

I was very disappointed for many reasons. First, we had no idea that the hotel was going through massive renovations. It was loud and messy. Second, I have never had to pay additional money to receive "high speed" internet. If I wanted to stream movies, I needed to pay the $4.99 for the additional bandwidth. Finally, the for the price we paid, the rooms really didn't offer anything to write home about. One positive is that parking was included in our stay.
