I will never go back, it was like a third world hotel, filthy, burns on bedspread, and bath tub, phone was missing many buttons, tv had static lines, when I tried the wifi, my laptop gave me "extreme warning". I was also terrified by the guest in the next room shouting explicatives and threaten to "shoot" or kill someone. They did offer to move across the hall. My passenger side view mirror had been scraped on bright yellow paint. Overall a horrible experience except for the shuttle both ways.

If I could give this a negative star I would. The pictures on line are completely false. The hotel was very run down and dirty. There were ants all over the bathroom, the tub was a mess. I didn't want to take my shoes off. Another person waiting for the shuttle told me she found bugs in her bed. I watched as two older men (staff) drove recklessly through the landscaping dragging it under their truck. My daughter was flipped off when she hand motioned to the men to make space so she could pull into the hotel parking area. The neighborhood is sketchy and it's not close to the airport. It's down the road quite a bit. I took pictures and will post them in this review if I can. I asked for my vehicle to not be moved when I left based on the driving I saw from staff. They assured me they wouldn't. However, after waiting 45 minutes to get picked up at the airport and returning to the hotel I found that they had moved it. We also had to wait for awhile because they lost my daughters keys. Also, the parking where you leave your vehicle is awful. There is tight parking and then there is their parking. What a mess! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. To many choices to be stuck with something like this.

Staff was excellent. Very welcoming, friendly. Room needed updates and was very small. No space between tv and bed, very old furniture, bedding, carpet. Not much to say other than it was ok for a quick overnight near the airport with parking and cost less than any other hotel with parking.

Friendly staff but the whole hotel reeked of smoke, the elevator seemed like it was falling apart and our room overlooked a party alley and a fence wrapped in razor wire. Juice and coffee in the lobby were nice tho and there was a free breakfast provided. Seemed like a rough neighborhood though - we were kind of worried about leaving the car there for a week.

Room was very dirty and noisey all night. Noise was from adjacent rooms not traffic or aircraft.

The room was clean and adequate for the one night stay. However, like many other reviewers mentioned, the walls are thin. We could hear a lot of noise from the room above us. The free breakfast was a bonus, although we ended up grabbing and going. But the fact that they provide food at 5 am for those of us who have an early flight is a very considerate service. Our shuttle to SeaTac airport was great and timely. However, when we phoned for the shuttle back to get our car, we had to wait about 45 mins. Being tired from a long day of travelling, this wait was very unpleasant and frustrating. My husband had to phone them back again after waiting 35 minutes and the response was that it was 2-3 mins. away. But actually it was another 10 mins.

The hotel was very dirty. Carpets were stained throughout the building, elevator didn't look like it would make it to second floor. In a rough part of the city, when you looked out there was barbed wire all around. I would never stay there again !!
