We called to have one more small bed and they said it was okay. When we get there, no bed was available so we had to cram everybody into the 2 small double beds. Toilet was not working properly, we had a wake up call in the middle of the night which we did not ask for and finally, the shuttle was 30 min late the morning of our flight.

When i woke up the room had no electricity. My girlfriend and i had to skip our shower and prepared our self to leave the room in the dark. We told the reception and he didn't knows what to do. We asked him another room for the last hour, but he gave us the key when it was time to leave for the airport. We came back earlier form the trip, so i asked if i can at least had my money back for the parking and she couldn't gave me that. i won't recommend this hotel.

The hotel was basic and clean. The beds were comfy. I would stay here again. Location was good for the shuttle. The shuttle and driver seemed a little unsafe. The van felt like it needed maintenance especially with the erratic driving of our return driver. Yo do have to call to get a return shuttle. Luckily my US phone works on the airport wifi.

Very noisy all night long... couldn't sleep very much. Disappointing. On the way back, had to wait over 30 minutes for the shuttle at the airport.

Hotel was fine. The issue was with the shuttle. We called when we got back from the airport, told we would wait about 20 mins. It took roughly 45 mins, and the shuttle that came was a small van with 7 places or so. There were 20 of us minimum waiting. We had to pay a cab since others passed us to take the shuttle. Didn't want to wait another half an hour.

We, a group of 4, arrived from our flight at 2h00AM. Two of us went directly to sleep while the 2 others wanted to take a shower. Surprise! Shower is broken and in a so evident way that it is impossible no one had noticed it. Yellow crust on the toilet was also prooving someone's guiltiness. We went to the frontdesk to complain to an employee who had certainly failed all her customer service's classes, if ever she knows what that means. Even thought 2 of us were sleeping, she refused to let us access to another room shower, so we had to wake up everybody and move to anoter room on another floor. Very nice at 2h30 AM and moreover, WIFI wasn't working. Same poor customer service the day we arrived, 2 weeks earlier, to park the car, and the next morning when we complain again to another "smile-allergic" employee.
