Very, very old hotel. Most of the staff was very nice except for the 4:00 am shuttle driver. I've never encountered a more rude person! Waited for an hour on the return for the shuttle driver. The driver on the return was very nice though. Won't use this hotel again.

The hotel needs many upgrades. Aside from the obvious age of the hotel a coat of paint would help. It was a very cold night and the heat did not work in our room. When we got up for our shuttle I found a roach on the table .yes a roach. You had to manually pull the main doors shut as they weren't working either! Not recommending this hotel. The shuttle leaving the hotel was prompt however the pick up shuttle took 45 minutes. I have used this service in the past and would again just not at this hotel!

The hotel was run down. Barely a two star hotel.

When I arrived, I had not brought my confirmation, and my email was not available on my phone. (that was a long story). The female attendant stressed that they had to have a print out. I finally remembered that I had my Kindle, so I found the confirmation and showed her. Still no dice. She said it was on my confirmation that was sent, that I had to bring a print out. Actually, no it is not. She could have kindly pointed out that there were some computers on the other side of the room that I could use, but she did not. She could have used a nicer tone of voice, but she did not. I was extremely frustrated and angry. They said that they were not sent any information by the reservation system, and that the customer had to physically supply the hard copy of the reservation. If this is true, in this day and age, that is ridiculous Yes, in a perfect world. But, normally, customers have become accustomed to technology way beyond that. . I have used Park Sleep and Fly before, but would no longer use this hotel. And, as for the question on the shuttle, I waited almost an hour in the dark, mostly standing alone.

this place is bad, dirty ,rooms are something you would see in Ghetto one hour place. outside in heavy need of repair. forget about the restaurant they advertise. no longer open. BUT the sign they have up about the restaurant says they serve HALAL meat. mmmmm. the thug looking guys in the lobby also have a key to your room. also e prepared to put up 100.00 cash when you check in. they return it after the guys (body guards) check it. getting picked up by their so called shuttle.well, be prepared to wait a long time. they also expect you to put your child on your lap rather than use the car seat you have. toilet paper sits on the counter (no holder) no bath mat. walls dirty and need repair. vending machines no coffee in lobby. the people meandering outside are questionable live in's . I wouldn't stay there ever again. I'll pay extra a different sleep ,park and fly.this place needs to be taken off of the program. the mentality of the staff is so low level. sleep park and fly should inspect these places and hold them to standards higher than what I experienced and many others. I guess the lesson here is cheap is cheap , take a moment to ask why is it cheaper. If I could have given it a minus 1 star . I would have. STAY AWAY. the questions below ask if I would use park, sleep and fly again. yes. just not this facility
