On our return trip we waited 1 hour for the shuttle and it never showed up. Called the hotel many times and they told us that it was coming each time until the last call where we were told that the driver went by us twice and we were not there. I gave a very specific location. It was 45 degrees and we had just returned from Cancun. On the last phone call the hotel hung up on us. Never got a number from us to try to locate us. We took a very expensive cab to get our car. NOT HAPPY

I was bit by something while sleeping and that disgusted me to where I was no longer able to sleep. We waited 2 hours for our shuttle after landing and it was super cold out.

Stayed one night, parked for 8. Convenient to airport. No problem finding parking space. Room clean and approprite for one or two night stay. Bathroom very tight. Price appropriate. Delivery and pick up from airport efficient and on time. It took 30 minutes from time we called for pick up until van showed up and due to the traffic this was as soon as could reasonably be expected.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this hotel. There is no restaurant as stated, has not been for over a year, the bed sheets were dirty and stained, we asked for new ones and it took over an hour to get them (it is now 10 pm and we have to be up and ready to leave by 5am for flight). Upon our return, someone had hit our new Subaru, which they stated they are not responsible for. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, nor will I ever stay there again.

The room was good for the price, but the hotel left a bit to be desired. The attached diner was closed for remodeling as were other areas of the hotel. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of this before booking a room and was counting on eating dinner there. I ended up having to get cold sandwiches from the 7-11 down the street. The vending machines didn't work on most of the floors either. The staff were courteous and efficient and my overall experience was fair to good. The shuttle was a bit dirty inside, but was sufficient to get me to the airport on time and the driver was courteous. My return ride on the shuttle was on time...I nly waited about 15 minutes after calling the hotel.
