North - From I-29 North take Exit 12. At bottom of exit ramp turn right. (East), go one block to Ambassador Drive. Turn right (South) on Ambassador Drive. Days Inn is 3rd Building on your right.
South - From I-29 South take Exit 12. At bottom of exit ramp turn left (East), under I-29, go one block to Ambassador Dr. Turn right (South) on Ambassador Drive. Days Inn is the 3rd building on your right.
East - On I-435, take the I-29 South exit. Driving South on I-29 take Exit 12. At the bottom of exit of ramp turn left (East) under I-29, go one block to ambassador Dr. Turn right (South) on Ambassador Drive. Days Inn is 3 rd building on your right.
West - On I-435, take KCI Airport exit. Turn left (South) at stop light at Ambassador Drive. Driving South on Ambassador Drive pass one stop light. Days Inn is 3rd building on your right.

1 desk person tried to state parking was not included. Wanted me to pay him $45 for parking 9 days. Wanted in CASH! Said he could not accept credit card. I refused. At checkout that clerk also stated parking was not included and tried to charge my credit card $45. In all I wasted an hr of my time arguing with them.

Hotel was adequate. The person manning the check in was very disgruntal, but all other interactions were pleasant. Room was comfortable.

The bedspread had a dark spot on it, the blanket under had a black greasy spot on it, and they tried to overcharge us for the room

The shuttle service to the airport was fine, but on the return, we called the number of the hotel shuttle several times over a fifteen minute period and no one ever answered. We were fortunate that another shuttle from a different hotel was kind enough to give us a ride. The hotel staff were friendly but the quality of the hotel was not very good. The continental breakfast was a bit of a joke with an open peanut butter jar there for anyone to scoop some out if they wanted it on toast...not very sanitary and a definite turn off. When we needed help with our TV or phone, Tony was excellent about helping us out and getting the matter fixed very quickly. However, when asked, we never did get an explanation on why we could not reach the hotel to request the shuttle on the day we returned. Overall, we will look for somewhere else to stay if we fly out again from Kansas City.

Hotel was outdated, dirty, and front desk when we asked questions were rude. Requires all park sleep fly customers to sign waiver, but you have to leave your Key with them. The shuttle service was good.

The hotel needed repairs. The staff were at an average were very rude. Example when we were picked up at the airport the driver did not say one word to us, offered no assistance. Check in process the first night the clerk was also rude. The first room we had smelled of old smoke and the door to the room had a large gap when closed. The room we had when we returned was acceptable. If we use parksleepfly again we will not be staying at this hotel.

Polite staff. Was only there for a few hours to wait on flight so breakfast hadn't started to rate.
