Hotel is very dated but the shuttle service and closeness to airport is worth it.

Nice place; we have used several times before, and have recommended it to family members. However, we did see a roach on the wall of the main room. On our return, the shuttle was not waiting, as usual.. Somehow they had misplaced our registration, and did not have a driver scheduled. Finally, we called Uber (at the manager's suggestion), and were then reimbursed. It was just a disappointment after a long day of travel, but we will use again.

Hotel was great for price. Original room was not clean but went to front desk to ask for a cleaner room and they were kind and moved us. Second room was clean. Employees are very nice here. Shuttle service was excellent and driver very polite.

Staff was not very friendly at check-in. They assigned us to a room that already had occupants in it. We went back to the office to tell them that there were guests in the room they gave us and they said they were sorry and gave us another room but still not very friendly toward us.

This hotel was not my 1st choice; I choose it because they claimed to have 24 hour shuttle service (my 1st choice did not). I confirmed this service & our departure time twice before our arrival date. On our check in date, I was informed that the 4 a.m. shuttle was full & we would have to take the 4:30 shuttle for our 6:00 a.m. flight. I said, "we'd be more comfortable taking the 3:30 shuttle". I was informed that there was no 3:30 shuttle. When we arrived in the lobby at 4:05 for our 4:30 shuttle, it was quite crowded. The desk clerk announced the driver was sick & there was currently no shuttle service. When my husband asked the clerk, "how do you plan to fix this?" His response was, "I could probably get a manager to comp your rooms later today." And if that weren't enough to detour me from ever staying there again, our room was not clean. Some kind of bug ran across the night stand when we turned on the light and crawled behind the bed. When my husband slid the mattress away from the wall to see where the bug went, there was a pile of potato chip crumbs. We literally slept in our clothes on top of the beds with a couple blankets from our car. If there were a negative star rating, I would've used a minus 5!

Clean, very nice front desk staff, I felt as though my car would be safe while I was gone with parking in front of the front desk area. Nice early breakfast avail. Would use again!

Days Inn was very nice. The had breakfast waiting for us at 3:30. The shuttle driver was very nice and the van was warm when we got back from Cabo. The weather was rainy and 42 and he was waiting for us and took us right to our car.
