Lots of damage around and in hotel. Numerous features missing. Didn't feel safe.

The hotel looked old and rundown when we arrived but the service was good and the room was clean and looked updated. Looks like they are working on the whole building. First experience with Park Sleep Fly and we would do it again. So convenient to the airport and the shuttle driver was very helpful as were the hotel staff..

Good, room was clean, the only thing was I couldn't get the curtains to close, so I safety pinned them shut, I was on the ground floor.

This was not the most modern hotel, but it was clean, quiet, very convenient to Little Rock Airport and very reasonably priced. Just what we needed top get in and out for an early flight.

I checked in about 3:30pm and temp outside was in the low teens (13 degrees). Asked and received a 1st floor room because I could not climb stairs. Given a room next to hotel office. Room was cold, no heat on which I question with temps that low. I turned the heat on to the highest setting to try and make the room bearable quickly. At 4:45, I was still in coat, scarf and gloves. I left heat running and went to dinner. I returned at 6 pm and room was still not warm enough to remove coat and be comfortable. I went to office and told the hotel person about the heat situation. She agreed to come check it out shortly and she did. She turned the heat to the highest register and indicated my assessment of little warmth was correct and maintenance would have to check it out tomorrow. I asked for extra blankets on my bed and was told that was a housekeeping area and she had no access to any bedding until tomorrow. Now it is nearing 7:30 pm and room is still not warm. I went out to my car and retrieved the blanket I carry for emergencies and brought it in as extra cover. Clearly, I was never comfortable in the room for the remainder of the night, though it did get some warmer thru the night. But it was never warm enough to take a shower without freezing. I thankfully left on an early flight and was able to warm up at the airport.
