Room was ok, but it was just a quick sleep anyway. Hotel not clean and breakfast Awful! Cereal looked really old and had to bang on the side to get it out, juice broken, nothing clean. No yogurt, front manager not very friendly and we had no idea they take your car and keys to a different lot and move it around all week, even my seat was adjusted, saving ten bucks here not worth it, save yourself the agony

Rooms allowed a lot of noise from group of drunk people in a neighboring room to keep up up most of the night. Hotel staff asked these people to quiet it down which lasted for about five minutes. This was my first visit to the Days Inn and will be my last, I will go back to the Holiday Inn.

the Days Inn was very clean and despite being near the airport , we found it to be be relatively quiet. shuttle service to and from Detroit metro airport was fabulous...on time and safe/courteous drivers from the Valet Shuttle service. Price was very affordable - we spent $ 100 usd to park at the airport for a previous trip , park n fly was $ 115 for room and parking. No Brainer !!

shuttle picking us up after midnight took more than a 1/2 hour after the first shuttle said he couldn't take us; he had to go to the other side of airport. Someone would be back in 3 minutes. 13 people waited more than a 1/2 hour and it was very cold and not a good way to get return customers.

Some confusion with the hotel bill that doesn't match in any way the confirmed costs outlined in the PSF process - cost breakdown, deposit credit, etc. The hotel itself was great - room, restaurant, services, amenities.

I booked park sleep and fly for the night before and after my trip. On the way home our flight was delayed and we missed our connection in Philadelphia. I called the hotel (days inn) around 9:30pm when we got things straightened out for flyi g out. I told them that we would not be there as planned and had to spend the night in Philadelphia. She said it was to late to cancel and would be charged for the room. I asked her to speak to the manager but she did not as I found out when speaking to him so I ended up paying for two rooms because of the delay in flight. I am still waiting to hear from them as to what can be done. They said that because it was booked through park sleep and fly that their hands were tied and had to check out your policies. Hopefully I can be reimbursed as it was no fault of mine.
