This hotel is in a serious state of decline! The rooms and lobby are shabby at best. The desk clerk and shuttle driver are friendly and eager to serve, but the facility itself is sub-par. We would use the ParkSleepFly website again, but never choose to stay at such a sketchy hotel.

Never staying here again. The pool was unavailable and the business center had not paper. The computer had viruses and the guy at the front desk was HORRIBLE.

The front desk was grumpy. The room was Hot and even after 2 hours of turning on the AC did not cool. Called the front desk. Can not do anything at that time. When called for the shuttle did not give directions where to wait. There are 3 days inn locations to wait. Hung up before I could ask him for further details. Luckily we spotted the shuttle and ran to it. The driver was seating on a bench. When we approached the Van, asked us what were we doing going around the Van. We told her the her the DaysInn where we had parked the car. We were the only two passengers.

For the price....what I would expect. It's close to airport and has a shuttle that runs 24/7 every 30 minutes. I paid $108 for hotel stay, shuttle to and from airport and 10 days parking....it's a great deal. SO much easier than parking and taking Marta to airport. Don't expect a nice room. If you do...spend more $ to stay somewhere else. I was fine there.

Horrendous. Will never stay here again. Would it recommend this place to my worst enemy. Did not sleep the entire night. As we checked in there was a pimp on the sofa while a prostitue joked with the person behind the desk about oral sex and "noise ordinances" as the customer paid cash. We were extorted $5 cash for the extra day parking from the worker behind the desk. I gave him $5, knowing I had already paid for the extra day on my card and just did not want trouble. He put the $5 in his pocket. The nights stay was so bad we did not leave our car there for the duration of our trip, even though it was included for 8 days, we drove early the following morning to the airport and ended our experience with this place. i have stayed in youth hostels when backpacking through Europe and felt perfectly safe, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel.

Sketchy presentation upon arrival. Slow front desk service. Room was very nice. Biggest complaint was the horrible breakfast. Margarine was in big tub as was the jar of jelly. Unsanitary conditions.

when I arrived at the hotel I felt I had entered a third world country. I was lied to by the person at the front desk. he told me I shouldn't worry about my car because they had a security person. Early the next morning I spoke with a girl working the front desk and she advised me they didn't have a security person and I was taking a risk by leaving my car parked there but I would be okay if I had car insurance. I worried about my car all week while I was gone. The shuttle person didn't show up for work that morning so they had to call for another hotel shuttle to pick me up. On my return I called the hotel for the shuttle and the guy working the desk screamed at me to go to the domestic hotel motel shuttle stop as if I was supposed to know that. Again another shuttle service agreed to pick me up. There were chains on the front door at night and I could smell marijuana when I parked my car in long term parking area. Breakfast was terrible. I'm grateful I got out without incidence and I will never return.

The room was in bad need of renovation. It had a bad smell. The cable for TV was not working and the staff member could barely communicate that he was having trouble with it. I suggested that he might be having technological issues - "yeah that, that's it". Offered to move us to another room anyway when we called to report the cable wasn't working (the TV would turn on, with a message that the cable had no connection). Not sure how this would have fixed the problem. We had already undressed and gotten in bed before we discovered the problem. The next morning the shuttle driver did not show up for work, according to the clerk. The front desk clerk said she was working on getting someone to come in but did not seemed concerned at all that we had a flight to catch. When I asked if we should make other arrangements, she just said she was working on getting a shuttle driver but couldn't guarantee anything. She did ultimately make arrangements for a shuttle driver with another hotel to come pick us up. I had to ask her to speak up 4 times and she kept talking in a very low voice, barely making eye contact, as if I was just a bother to her. The parking lot for the park/sleep/fly guests was barricaded on the hotel entrance side, but was easily accessible by simply driving around the building. The only reason I left my car was because the lot was open and visible, parking in an area that was not concealed by anything. My confidence level was very low that is was secure. If I use park/sleep/fly again it will NOT be with the Days Inn. I will spend the extra money to get a nicer hotel and secure parking. When we arrived back in Atlanta we had no idea what the protocol was for pick up as the staff at the hotel had not informed us what we needed to do. We didn't think to ask that as we were more concerned about getting to the airport at that point. After waiting for 30 minutes in the general pickup area outside of baggage claim, watching other hotel buses drop off people, I called the hotel and found out that I was supposed to call them AND there was a different area where we were supposed to go. "Go to 3" was all he would say. I told him I don't know what that means. He said just ask somebody at the airport. Obviously not a property with customer service in mind.
