For the price....what I would expect. It's close to airport and has a shuttle that runs 24/7 every 30 minutes. I paid $108 for hotel stay, shuttle to and from airport and 10 days parking....it's a great deal. SO much easier than parking and taking Marta to airport. Don't expect a nice room. If you do...spend more $ to stay somewhere else. I was fine there.

Horrendous. Will never stay here again. Would it recommend this place to my worst enemy. Did not sleep the entire night. As we checked in there was a pimp on the sofa while a prostitue joked with the person behind the desk about oral sex and "noise ordinances" as the customer paid cash. We were extorted $5 cash for the extra day parking from the worker behind the desk. I gave him $5, knowing I had already paid for the extra day on my card and just did not want trouble. He put the $5 in his pocket. The nights stay was so bad we did not leave our car there for the duration of our trip, even though it was included for 8 days, we drove early the following morning to the airport and ended our experience with this place. i have stayed in youth hostels when backpacking through Europe and felt perfectly safe, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel.

Sketchy presentation upon arrival. Slow front desk service. Room was very nice. Biggest complaint was the horrible breakfast. Margarine was in big tub as was the jar of jelly. Unsanitary conditions.

when I arrived at the hotel I felt I had entered a third world country. I was lied to by the person at the front desk. he told me I shouldn't worry about my car because they had a security person. Early the next morning I spoke with a girl working the front desk and she advised me they didn't have a security person and I was taking a risk by leaving my car parked there but I would be okay if I had car insurance. I worried about my car all week while I was gone. The shuttle person didn't show up for work that morning so they had to call for another hotel shuttle to pick me up. On my return I called the hotel for the shuttle and the guy working the desk screamed at me to go to the domestic hotel motel shuttle stop as if I was supposed to know that. Again another shuttle service agreed to pick me up. There were chains on the front door at night and I could smell marijuana when I parked my car in long term parking area. Breakfast was terrible. I'm grateful I got out without incidence and I will never return.

Room was clean, bathrooms updated and staff was friendly. Shuttle was on time both leaving and returning. Not a luxury resort but a great value and perfect for a place to sleep and catch an early flight.

Very attentive, even in the face of a hurricane sellout they held my room until my arrival.

Hotel not very clean. Staff called a taxi for me because shuttle did not run at 4 am. Taxi didn't show up and desk had no record of a taxi being called. I had to make my own arrangements to get to the airport. Return shuttle took over 30 minutes to arrive at airport.

I was checking in around 7 pm at the front desk. A guy running around the room kept asking me "Can I help you?" I kept answering Yes, Please getting louder each time and finally waving my reservation page at him. He asked for my driver's license and then gave me papers to fill out and asked for my car plate. At 10:00pm, he called and said he had my driver's license and would bring to my room. Why did he wait until he was off work and then come to my room? Creepy. I would have come down to get it. Then 20 minutes later as I was falling asleep, someone kept putting a key card in the slot over and over. Finally, my door opened but the latch stopped it. I yelled some not so nice things, jumped up called the front desk and the female clerk said she thought my room was empty. It scared me to death, I thought the creepy guy was back.. Next time I'll pay a little more and go elsewhere.
