The hotel is to far the airport. I didn't know I had call 24hrs in advance to get a return ride from the airport to the hotel and it cost me $50.00 to get a cab to pickup my car. I was told after I got back that it was on the web site concerning this rule but I must have over looked it. It would be nice if someone would remind the guest when they check out or at least post it at the front desk.
I wouldn't stay here again

This hotel should not be included on SleepParkFly. I highly recommend removing it so that the reputation of your site remains in good standing. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had using a service of this type. This hotel requires you to book the shuttle 24 hours in advance of your flight. This was not communicated to me in advance of arriving at the hotel. We were told that we would be lucky to get on a shuttle the next morning to make our early flight. On the day of our return I called to book a return shuttle 6 hours in advance and was told that no shuttle was available. We had to spend 45 dollars to take the Super Shuttle which obviously cost us more money but also ate up 1.5 more hours of our time. Given the strictness of this policy you would think that someone would have offered to book our return shuttle when we checked in but this did not happen. The impression I got from Tanya at the front desk was that they are really not interested in providing the shuttle service. The hours of the shuttle are limited (or non-existant) and the hotel is located about 25 minutes away from the airport which makes it entirely impracticable for a ParkSleepFly situation. If you read the reviews posted on your site you will see that these complaints are the norm. If I had read the reviews in advance I would not have booked this hotel and I certainly will not book it in the future. By removing the hotel from your site you will prevent poor customer satisfaction from those that use your site.

The shuttle was late the morning we left as the driver was late for work. This gave us a rush situation at the airport and we just made our flight. On the return, the shuttle was unavailable and we incurred a $55 taxi ride to get to the hotel to pick up our car. When we did get to our car, it had a flat tire. We suspect vandalism as there was a hole in the tire. We would use your service again but would never stay at this hotel again.

This is not a bad hotel at all, but they are not really set up for airport parking. The room was fine, the parking is decent, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. However, there are several problems:
- The hotel is about a 25 minute drive from the airport (without traffic)
- The shuttle does not run after 10pm (I had a flight that landed at 11:30pm)
- You have to book the shuttle 24 hours in advance
- Neither of these things were handled when I checked in (didn't realize that I couldn't use the shuttle at all for my return trip, and wasn't asked when I was returning in order to set up a shuttle for my return) - this cost me an extra $20 or so for Super Shuttle
All in all, I don't think this hotel really belongs on Parksleepfly.
I wouldn't stay here again

I had canceled my Park Sleep Fly as we traveled with friends that already had it. They charged me twice for this service on my Mastercard and waid they would refund $20.70 towards my account at Day Inn Phoenix Metro. Upon arrival they said this message was not on their computer so did not credit my account. I will not be using Park Sleep Fly in near future and need a refund to my Mastercard.
I wouldn't stay here again

The first night was good and the shuttle to the airport was great! The car was safe on our return. However the shuttle picking us up at the airport took 50mins to arrive after we called them from the airport. We called them 5hrs earlier to tell them our plane was on time and could they be there to meet us, which they weren't. There was no coffe pot in our room and they would not provide us with one.
I wouldn't stay here again

The hotel was twenty minutes away from one airport, and an hour away from the other. The price is higher than the Days Inn that is located closer to the Phoenix airport, which also provides a park and stay package. The hotel was hard to find, shabby, and had a staff with terrible customer service. Not only was the front desk clerk unhelpful, at times she was outright rude. No shuttle could be provided to the airports, because of the time of the flight (7 am). The shuttle back to the hotel was over an hour late. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The shuttle was older but the driver was very good and did what needed to be done. He had to wait for me because of a delay on my flight and I got in about an hour late and the person that I called told me that the driver would call me when he got to the airport, which did not happen. The woman from the office called me and gave me directions to get picked up. I should have asked or been told right up front about the pickup spot. The room had a sewer smell at first but when I used the toilet and the sink it went away. I felt my vehicle was secure there and did not worry about it. Overall it was not too bad, I have stayed in a lot worse places.
I will stay here again
