There was major construction going on during our stay. The staff was pleasant and helpful but had some confusion on where to put the vehicle while we were away. We arrived back as they were milling the parking lot right next to our car. They did not have a shuttle driver or shuttle as far as i could tell. However they had a taxi pick us up and drop us off at their expense.

The hotel tried to bill me for 3 extra days of parking, I was able to get that taken care of. The morning of my flight, I spoke with the gentleman behind the desk and was advised since I had an early flight the driver of the shuttle would take me to the airport as soon as he arrived. I explained I was going into the breakfast room to get a cup of coffee (the driver wouldn't be there until 6:30 & it was 6:15) and when I returned to the desk the hotel employee said he forgot & the shuttle had already left (6:20). I was able to make my flight. On my return, the shuttle was not available and the hotel sent a taxi which was filthy. I arrived at the hotel to see my brand new car was cover in plastic & taped. I knew the hotel was undergoing renovations, so before I had left, I specifically asked WHERE I needed to park my car for the week. The employee said it was perfectly fine where it was, as long as I did not park it in the back lot. The gentleman doing the construction on the hotel were kind enough to cover my vehicle so that it did not get paint on it, and they also said they were looking for me all week to move my car. The front desk told them they had no idea who the car belonged to. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Everybody was very helpful. Room was clean and looked like it has been remodeled recently. Shuttle has already left so they called a taxi to take me to the airport at no charge to me!

The staff member was so helpful. We had an early flight so the front desk man called a taxi for us at no charge. The pick up at the airport was super smooth as well.

Parking was a joke, hotel phone did not work when I tried calling over 45 times. Shuttle service was limited, had to pay for cab on way back due to hotel not answering

Nice hotel, room was nice, very clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and efficient. However, the park and fly service was a bit shaky. Our flight was early and wanted to be at the airport terminal around 6:00 am. The shuttle didn't run that early but the hotel told us they would provide a taxi for us. They did, and he was waiting outside at the appointed time but upon delivering us to the terminal he said we owed him $ 22.00. After some haggling he allowed us to leave and he said he would take it up with the hotel. Not a very smooth operation for something I presume happens frequently due to their limited shuttle hours of operation.
