Very clean. Friendly. Told us there would be a breakfast snack for us since we had to leave before 6:00 but it wasn't available. Coming back we took a taxi to the motel because they said it would be more than 30 minutes.

Upon arrival on Wednesday night, approx. 9:35 p.m., I was assigned a room, requested a wake-up call for the first shuttle the next day (4:30 a.m. for 5:00 shuttle). The room key did not work, had only a red/green blinking light. When I told the girl at the desk, she said it was probably a battery problem, and went to look for batteries. She came back, seeming annoyed, saying that she could not find batteries, and she guessed she'd have to put me in a different room. I was able to get in this time, and quickly went to bed. I awoke at 7:30 a.m., furious that I had not received the wake-up call. I called Frontier Air to try to get the next flight, but there were none until the same flight the next day, at 6:50 a.m. Of course I had to pay for another ticket. The hotel desk girl and "fill-in manager" (since the regular manager had moved to Florida) told me that the phone calls with the manager in FL yielded only refusals to pay for another night in my room, since the wake-up call is just a "courtesy" and doesn't have to be done! Furthermore, I had missed the breakfast since I was making all these alternative plans, and there were no other meals offered at the Comfort Suites. There was no food nearby either. I spent the day in my room, and drove to a restaurant where I paid for a lunch/dinner. I made certain that I was on the wake-up call list for the next day. I was further angered that my name had never been changed to the other room, and that neither the desk staff person nor the shuttle driver had ever checked the shuttle list to match passengers and reservations. The service was downright lousy, and I will be telling every person I talk with to NEVER stay at Comfort Suites/ Comfort Inns. We are writing to upper management to get a refund from the Corporation.
